      When we originally bought solar panels on a solar farm through Sun Common we could see the credits on our electric bill. Over time the credits have become less and less or none at all. I've reached out to the company multiple times to see what the issue is and I always get the run around or no response at all via phone calls.

      There may be a problem with my solar panels that were bought from and are maintained by SunCommon. I have been reaching out to SunCommon for the past four weeks by phone and email but the only response I get, when I do get one, is that they will get back to me.

      Our solar and battery installation was finished this spring and has now failed and been offline for almost two months. Suncommon is not addressing our issue and we are missing out on valuable power generation. We keep getting the same runaround and no results. We are paying for a product that is not working and and sun common does not seem to care now that they have our money.

      Customers system has been serviced at no cost to the customer and is producing as designed. ********************** waived our standard service visit fee. 


      SunCommon does not monitor systems for customers. Customer alerted ********************** to their issue on Saturday, September 9. A customer service specialist responded on Tuesday, September 12, well within SunCommons stated response time of 1-3 business days.


      After attempting remote troubleshooting, it was determined on Thursday, September 14 that on-site service would be required. At this time the customer was made aware of the 4-5 week wait time for service visits, given current staffing levels and a backlog of cases due to the flooding over the summer. SunCommon continued to provide prompt responses during the waiting period and offered to escalate to a manager, which request was denied. On September 26, less than two weeks after the case was transferred to the service team, the customer filed this complaint. 

      In response to this complaint, SunCommon rearranged the service schedule to accommodate this customer. System was serviced on Monday, October 2 at no cost to the customer. On Tuesday, October 3 ********************** confirmed the system is working correctly.
