      They stopped selling tplus and said we had to go somewhere else that they had talked to a woman that called ******** and they agreed that we should buy our propane somewhere else so we started going to uhaul about 7 miles away and they are very nice and friendly and fill the propane tanks very quickly with no hassles also when the last time they did build their tanks at villa hardware the woman couldn't fill one of our tanks so they owe us money for 1 small 20 propane tank well actually all the other tanks that they were filling were all different amounts none were consistent saying that this 1 would take 2 gallons or propane this one will take 3 each 20 pound tank should take 4.6 each 20 lbs. Tank and 100 lbs.propane tank takes **** they would pump ghis one to 21 ur 22 because we said if yur can at least do that much bein they didn't want to fill up at all and to ghink there was teo ur more times ghst ah ****** went to put on my truck it was not 1/2 full and wete to charge us fur full tank one time they did fill it to **** gallons out of 10 times all the rest we were shorted and when we spoke about it ghey turned us away not cool we did nothing wrong

      ***************************** has come in our store several times and has harassed our staff. On March 17th he kept the employees here 45 minutes after we close complaining, as every visit, of our protocol to filling our tanks. We filled his tanks, as he harassed us anyway. Due to his repeated harassment, we asked him to please not come in our store anymore. All of our staff that fills propane has been through a certification class by Suburban Propane, and we follow guidelines as to properly and safely fill tanks. We have not heard anything about owing him money for a propane fill.
