    We signed the bid and hired Remco on July 20, 2021.Work began on August 30, 2021.We paid $26,731.17 to Remco.Remco agreed to remove our deck and install a patio with a metal cover that was to be electrostatically coated. We've contacted the business about our patio already cracking, the concrete discoloration, and the metal structure that was painted with house paint is already experiencing issues.After repeated calls to Remco, the business sent over industry professionals to address the concrete and paint issues. Both have told us how the issue could be corrected. On August 8, 2022, Remco emailed us and refuses to take care of the remedy. The email contained lies that we can prove. Remco states that we filed complaints a year after the fact when we began expressing concerns in October 2021. We feel that Remco is trying to drag out their response, so they are beyond the one-year **** and not responsible for any repairs. We've always had the issues reviewed by other contractors that Remco recommended. All have expressed that the project was not completed properly, from the patio not being the right grade to the steel structure being installed incorrectly and painted incorrectly. Invoice #***** At this point, we would like an industry professional unrelated to Remco to come to evaluate the issues and complete repairs at Remco's expense.
