    My wife and I checked into the resort on May 25th to celebrate her birthday with our 2 young kids. We had a fantastic time at the kids cyber quest, enjoyed a great dinner, and took the kids to the pool downstairs. After a long day of traveling we decided to head upstairs to our room where it was a nightmare. Around 6:30 pm we constantly heard banging and loud noises coming from the room above us. I called the front desk and they informed me that quiet hours were at 10pm but they would call and see if they could work something out. 9:30pm my wife called again because the noice did not stop ( we have a 1 year old and a 5 year old who were trying to sleep) the front desk associate named ******** said she would send security upstairs to investigate ( which we did not receive a call back) the noise continued until 11:30 pm, I called one last time asking to now move to a different room and the same associate ******** said that she would check with the security officer again we did NOT get any sleep the rest of the night, and I am very upset with the lack of professionalism to either give us a call back with an update, move us to another room, or partial refund my money. This was not a great ending to our day and we will not be visiting anytime soon

    I reserved a room that was supposed to be $59, when I called to check on my room they said I didn't have any reservations and had to speak with VIP, they took 2 hrs to call me back, I was hung up on and had to speak with a manager who told me that I would now have to pay $89 and that they didn't have any rooms available even though I have the text messages from the host saying I had a room for $59.
