    Poor business practices.I was a former employee and always went above and beyond what my job title was and never been written up or had any warnings.The owner of the company only cares about the money put in his pocket.I was with the company for 3 years. During my 3rd yearly review I asked for a raise and was let go after agreeing to a salary amount.I warn anyone who might want to apply here. They advertise they have an open door policy but it is a lie. Do not go in expecting a high salary or asking for a raise. Not only this but they have a "Profit sharing" program that is an excuse to pay you less.This program takes 15% of the companies net profit and is put aside for the employees. This is not accurate. The owners will constantly pull money out of the program to pay for company expenses, Ex. paying for the salary of new employees, buying cubical, cleaning services.
