Pattern of Complaints
On October 3, 2018, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery issues. Consumers allege after ordering and paying for products from Reel Hook Fishing’s online store they have yet to receive their product despite waiting several months for the product to be delivered. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests for assistance.
As of January 31, 2019, BBB has not received a response from the company regarding the pattern. In addition, BBB has found the company is now believed to be operating under the name Angler's Cast, LOA Outdoors and Target Hunt Co.
