    ***** *****, sole owner of this company, took possession of my 40 ft class A RV with an agreement to sell it on consignment. In April 24 he told me it was sold, contingent upon XZZ repairs. For 7 months he has delayed paying me the agre d upon price of $24k, after his cut, repeatedly citing buyer demands and repair delays. We recently arrived at the truth, he traded it for another vehicle and doesnt have my money. He refuses to return my vehicle OR pay me. PLEASE REPORT HIM TO WA AGs OFFICE if you are experiencing something similar. Its the only way to address the fraudulent practices without retaining an attorney. This has cost me so much money and heartache. ***** dealing with this man or company at all costs.

    On 8/25/23 I purchased a travel trailer from ***** *****, owner of Pacific NW RV , *************************************. Price was 31.5 K. I discovered Mr ***** never submitted the title application to the state. During many conversations with Pacific NW RV Mr ***** always offered a different excuse as to why I had no title and that it would be coming soon. After many more conversations , during June 2024 he quit taking my calls and text messages and cut off all communication with me. As of September ************************************************************ temporarily closed. I am left wondering how to get a title for the trailer I purchased.

    Soon after signing the documents on 5-22-2024, I started asking for temp tags for the Motorhome so we could drive it legally. I was given various excuses about delays and finally received 45 Day Temp Tags. It has been 55 days since receiving them, and I am getting similar excuses for why I can't get another 45-day extension while he tries to find the actual title and then can submit it to DMV and perfect the title. This needs to be done so the credit union can be listed as legal owner and we can be listed as Registered Owners. PNW RV has received payment for the Motorhome from ********************* and we have supplied everything required from us to complete this process.

    On November 14th, 2023 I signed a contract with ********************* at ****** ** to purchase an ** from him that was brought in on consignment by the original owners. I provided ********************* with a $40,000.00 dollar check from my bank Harborstone credit union and paid the remaining amount or $7,820.00 as a down payment on my personal credit card. It has been 55 days since I signed the contract to purchase the *** and my bank does not have the title yet, but ********************* has cashed their check. Upon researching I have found that the original lien holder (Kitsap credit union) for the consignee still holds the title, this leads me to believe that ********************* never paid of the ** so that the title could be released to my bank Harborstone credit union. ********************* has told me several different stories about why the consignee will not sign over the title, first he said it was because he sold the ** for a lower amount to me than what he agreed to with the consignee to sell it for, and now he is saying that they will not sign over the title because they havent purchased a new **. ********************* had 45 days to get the title to my bank according to the *************************** of ********* website, we are past the 45 days and my bank still has yet to receive the title.

Our shop is located at *****************************************************. We are a Mobile RV *************** We do not sell RV's. Only work on them. I wish you the best of luck with your issue.
