      Was a proud customer of ********************** for years, and for years they offered promos for existing customers. Wave has always been the only high speed internet in our area. Now that it has switched to Astound, it is complete garbage. Consistence speeds are non-existent and they refuse to offer existing customers promos, theyll give you a $10 loyalty credit but make up for that in their fees. I paid $54 a month with wave and now pay over $80 a month for the same plan, with worse service. Hope they are proud to be charging fixed income seniors ridiculous prices for terrible service.

      Worst customer service. Terrible company. NO knowledge or help when you call. Just a very frustrating company to work with, poorly managed as anyone you talk to has no "power" to do anything. I would imagine this is top-down poor management and poor leadership.

      I was a client of ******* for 10 years. For some reasons I decided to switch to Wow. A year later, without even noticing, I became a client of Astound. Internet was poor so I cancelled service and returned equipment. Today, 3 months later, I got a letter from collecting agency stating that I owe Astound $110.25. I called Astound customer service and they told me that I returned only two pieces of equipment and did not return one piece- a modem. Well I returned everything in one box!!!Now my perfect credit score is under question.Well "thanks", Astound.

      Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They have a monopoly on service and they know it. I know to look at schools when moving, but it seems that having options when it comes to internet providers might have merit as well. Long waits on hold, worthless homepage (cant do anything), and customer service is absent. Cant wait to get Starlink!

      Beware of any promise at to the cost of a service. We have been a customer for 7 years and have always struggled with how they bill as the cost of services seemed to change almost monthly. We finally dropped cable last february. In September I called to ask how much it would cost to have intranet and cable. I was quoted $76/month. I agreed to the price. I october the price was $200. It took 2 phone calls and over an hour to have the bill reduced to $89.25. I paid the amount and today I received an email stating I owed $111 and that I was in danger of having my service turned off. When I called, a very rude customer service rep told me I owed the money and that he didn't know why I was told the cost would be different. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said he would pass my concerns on to the supervisor. I am still waiting to be called back. We have had cable for 2 months and the technician has been to the house twice and I have had to call with other than billing problems two other times. We still have channels where the audio and video don't match. I guess the only option is to drop the service as they don't care to solve any problems and you can't believe anything they say

      We've been a customer of ********************** cable, now Astound broadband, for over 9 years and I've never seen our rate jacked so high. It went from $114.32 to $173.34 in a single month. The prior month it went up about over $19 dollars. I think we're being gouged. My wife contacted them and managed to get it down to $132.54 going forward. Still, it's a ****% increase in just two months.

      Astound *****. They were awful as Wave, but the customer gouging ie THEFT is worse when they became Astound. Their higher *** are sociopaths and have absolutely NO CONSCIENCE. The lowest of the low, dregs of society. The types any normal and good person is ashamed to know. They are embarrassing. And, as long as they can keep stealing from ** middle class ********* they'll continue to enjoy our hard earned money. They raised their prices recently and there's no competition. Why is there no competition? They have a monopoly and that's unacceptable. There needs to be a choice for ********* to choose from. PLEASE FIX IT

      IF I could give this company a negative 10, I would. We are in ********, ** and lost power Friday Nov 4th at 9:30PM along with internet from the worst company for customer service in the nation. Its been 10 days of bogus messages from this company who will not communication with us.I am done, as soon as I can communicate with them I will no longer be a customer. The bogus messages we have gotten are absolutely unreal. They were saying one week ago today on Nov 7 Service would be restorred Friday the 11th at 8pm. So 5 days in advance they were giving us a specific time service would be restorred --- Like they could predict that 5 days before hand?? Then the weekend hit and the message changed to service will be restorred 2.5 hours from what ever time you called. So if you called at 1pm the message said restorred by 3:30 pm when you called at 4pm said service would be restorred by 5:30 and thats the way it was until today Monday Nov 14th i.e. ten (10) days later when the message is now: service will be restorred today at 8 PM yet we cant see a Wave or Astound service vehicle anywhere we drive in our area and the local office has no idea of where they are working and irrigated we would even come there for information we can not get from these losers. Do not use these losers they literally suck!

At present we do not offer customer visibility on outages via a online outage board. "AUTOMATED" restoration times may be obtained by calling **************. Times provided are ESTIMATES ONLY, and may update or have the time pushed out based on the progression of restoration efforts. You can reach a live agent through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by either saying ****************** or pressing "0". Since during a service outage tech support queue's for the area will be unavailable and thus the system may not auto connect you to an agent. Customers may also live chat on the website, or our social media on ***************** On occasion we may post information or details on social media ****************** for customer visibility if the outage is high impact.       Paid off my bill on the 2nd of November, my closing date was November 3rd.. I asked their representative to close my account that same day its now November 11 and I just noticed we have another bill from them for this month, that means they never closed my account.. I called them this morning and they said they will cancel the account now.. I asked for an email to confirm and they said they dont do that, that I will have to trust them. Ever since they bought WOW nothing has been the same.
