      Astound is the worst company. The internet is always going out for no reason. We have no other option but to use Astound and they are terrible. Every time the internet goes down except for REAL weather events, we should not be charged for that day. Then, maybe they would do something to fix their horrible service. Maybe we should start a class action law suit. If there is no service, why should we pay?

      Internet is spotty at best, prices are ridiculous, terrible customer service. If i could get Xfinity here in ************ I would switch immediately.

      AM in cancer treatment and need to cancel home phone service, they insist that I have to go into the local office to do so and will not let me speak with a supervisor. As I am disabled, they are discriminating against me and putting me at risk to cancel service I no longer wish to receive.

      Same as everyone else here has said. The monthly ******** are unrealistic, JUST FOR INTERNET, $200 is what were at today. Tried to call, hung up on me several times. Tried to talk with automated help, hour long wait. Wi-Fi is terrible, customer service is mind blowing awful and a different, more expensive price every month. Really crappy you treat your customers like that. Totally disappointing and frustrating.

      Got new equipment a week ago . Have been on phone everyday trying to get the television to work. Internet goes down every half hour or so. Sometimes it never comes back on within another call to support. Never ever had this trouble with WOW

      I canceled my service and they continued to charge me. Can't even reach a customer service agent as their phone like just disconnects when you try to cancel.

      When it works, it's fine, but god forbid you live up here in ** on the Kitsap Peninsula, we *always* have outages here. Has been less frequent since Wave changed to Astound, but when it's out, it's out for hours. Download speed is mediocre at best but it's fine for streaming, and video games download alright. It's just really hit or miss with the outages.

      This company is our only option, besides satellite. Their prices are astronomical. They advertise low prices and when you ask to sign up for the price they say there are no lower prices. We pay between $250.00- $275.00 a month for the local channels only and internet. Their internet is always going down. This is impacting my employment, because I work from home. Their customer service is nonexistent. If I could leave zero stars I would. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to work with. They know we dont have any other options and are taking advantage of us.

      Id give them negative if I could. The internet is constantly going out. It takes them centuries to fix problems. Theyre the only internet in my area unfortunately. And their automated system is the most annoying frustrating system ever. Whoever decided on it shouldnt be allowed to procreate.
