      Money hungry business that refuses to help any of their clients. Prices are ridiculous for someone on their own plan. When you go into any store you get treated as if you were an inconvenience. Just beyond over doing business with them. Will be switching AS SOON AS I CAN.

      I have been getting the run around since February. Corporate office, lied to me, the sales *** lie to me. Eager to finish with this cmpany and never buy a phone from them again!

      I only switched to T-Mobile from ******* because I was assured (after I specifically asked multiple times) that the cell service coverage would be 5g and better as advertised turns out its awful. Combine that with the sales *** promising certain rates and other things for all of it to be a lie. Even with proof, I get told sorry, we cant be held responsible for what the sales *** sold us. Leaving Trash Mobile asap. Deals are too good to be true and the customer service is laughable

      Nothing but a **** scam!!!! Hidden charges every month on my bill I pay my monthly bill on time just to get service shut off for no reason and to be told it was their mistake. I been with T-Mobile for 6 years Im done and will be taking my business elsewhere! My bill suppose to be 100 how in the h*** is it $230 a month?

      I had service with this company for 1 day. Talked to 5 different people in an attempt to exchange the phone I ordered (6 if you count being turned away in store because the salesman refused to help).I ended up returning the phone and demanding that my service be cancelled. I was told that that would be done so I went about my life as one does. Only to find out that I was charged on the 25th of april for service.I spoke to about 4 people and was eventually told that I don't have to worry about getting a refund that that would happen when my service was cancelled. I'm still waiting to find out when exactly my service will be cancelled.Literally don't go with this company. If you are offered service in a back alley from a naked rat man go with him over tmobile. Literally anything is better than their customer service

      This place is terrible. They'll tell you anything just to get you to purchase a new plan and phone. They told us the charging port was bent and we would have to replace the phone. We went to a phone repair place and they took one look at it, got some tweezers, and got a small piece of debris out of it. For free. T-Mobile also refuses to take my husband's deceased mother off our account, which is really messed up. Waiting until this contract is up so we can switch.

      I would leave no star if possible. Worst company experience ever. Canceled service got a bill for an extra month. On the phone for 44 minutes to try and get the bill explained and was told that they could not get into the account due to needing a pin they told me to log into a ********************** app to get a pin. Unable to access the app due to no longer having service. Then needed to return a piece of equipment another hour of my life gone trying to return the device, customer service in the phone said take it to a corporate store went to a corporate store and they said they were not able to take it due to a return already being started. Another hour later still in the store

      No stars if possible--poor customer service. Have not been a customer of ********************** for two years, now I'm being billed for services and charged for equipment I DO NOT have. Several phone calls to various 'managers' has resulted in assurance that the issue is resolved and my bill is $0, yet I am still receiving bills now with late fees and letters from collections.

      First in February I had to fight to get my phone through my insurance claim that *** I was still making payments on now 2 months later not only did they recieve the package through assurant for the returned phone that I spent 2 weeks fighting over but they also wanted to charge me for the phone they received bc they never scanned it. I have been on and off t mobile since I was 15 only left when I was married to my 1st ******* in the beginning (I am now 31) not only is the service shotty asf now but they can't even do their jobs properly in order to log their returned inventory properly wasted 2.5 hrs of my life between them and their insurance carrier assurant because even though they received the package with phone they couldn't get their paperwork in order to take the charge off my bill and want me to pay it and wait up to 2 months to be credited for their mess up that happened almost 2 months ago and yes they already tracked and confirmed that it was their issue . Calls drop regularly. Billing has been a mess for the past 3 months. And even before that when my ******* and I seperated we seperated our bills they left the payment plan for his phone on my bill bc the phone was originally bought in my name.... the entire bill was originally in my name but they were able to take his line off yet somehow left the payment plan for his phone. It would be understandable if it was a 1 time mess up but it's month after month something new now that is wrong on their end. Don't waste your time or money they'll probably go under seeing how they can't keep their paperwork straight to get my bill right let alone hundreds of thousands that they service... Super sad considering I remember how reliable they use to be but I guess everything goes downhill with time

      I had a payment arrangement that I needed to changed just for two days i told them I needed my phone due to my daughter having medical problems and if I needed to call for help I would not be able to because my phone would be shut off they said nope not going to help you then they said that I missed the first payment arrangement when really I paid it early stay away from this place it is horrible
