      Your 5G UC is a joke. It's slower than my home wifi with only one bar. Your 5G map that you claim has **** coverage than any other provider is false information. I can be in the middle of a big city and have zero internet connection. Should feel lucky I gave you 2 stars only because your staff at the stores is so helpful and understanding.

      We are no longer able to send text messages or receive them. We are no longer able to make phone calls or receive them from our home. Went to the t-mobile store twice for help with no luck. Very unhappy We just ** graded our phones in June so we are stuck with phones that do not work.

      Untrustworthy and predatory practices but consistent with their competition. It's a service you need to survive and they have no reason to help you when the company gets paid while the employees aren't paid enough to care.They will call and text multiple times for verifications or stupid arbitrary c*** for nearly a week every year. They cannot help you when you call for service issues, especially the Internet.******, *****, **** and manager ****** are some of the most immature and unprofessional people you will encounter. ****** will be passive aggressive then hang up on you, ***** the same but did transfer me. ****** you will get the same but she will interrupt you constantly and pretend she is doing you a favor. ****** bless your little heart but your accent sure doesn't match your temperament.

      They have attempted to charge me three months in a row for a cancelled add-on. Each month, I've called them, told them the issue, and received their assurance that it won't happen again. Today was the last straw. Aside from that, their customer service is just weird, and way too nice in an uncomfortable way that lacks healthy boundaries (on last month's call, the support complemented my name, and said he was going to name his kid after me, and told me it was his birthday. Today, the person only had a birthday, but didn't complement my name). They were ok for the first 16 and a half years or so, but lying to me and trying to scam me out of my money are big bridge burners. If you're still with them, **************** to make sure they're not charging you extra. If you're not, I recommend going with a different provider.

      I encountered the worst experience with T-Mobile these past couple of days. I was actually disappointed ?? I had high hopes that it the phone I purchased would no doubt be a problem. Boyyy, was I wrong. It seems like the representatives kept giving me the run around. I mean, don't get me wrong they were excellent, but couldn't give me a solution to the issue I was having with the phone I purchased. Let me remind you, I actually left ******* to set up a new account with T-Mobile while keeping my old number. Worst decision EVER. To make a long story short, the reps that I had spoken with told me that T-Mobile had coverage in my area. Two days later after having the phone, the last rep told me that there were absolutely no coverage in my area! I was hurt. Because I had to go through a lot to see what the issue was with the phone. Never again will I try to purchase another phone from TMOBILE! They should've known before I even got the phone rather or not if I would've had coverage. This was the worst experience ever! Had my old device not went out on me, I probably wouldn't have switched networks, but I just wanted to try something new. I wish I had never done that. I switched back to ******* today, and I'm NEVER leaving again! HEADS UP! If you have *******, stick with them, okay, lol.. Good luck!

      We recently transferred our cellphone service to T-Mobile. We elected to purchase a new iPhone 13 at the T-Mobile Store with a Trade-in Credit of $400 for an iPhone 8, and a credit card payment of $399.99 for the new iPhone 13. When our first mobile phone bill arrived we found that T-Mobile was billing us $19.00 per month for 24 months, even though we paid for the new iPhone 13 in full. We have called T-Mobile numerous times, and we were told that we should go back to the T-Mobile Store to have this problem addressed. We now understand that the local T-Mobile Store in Operated by TCC Mobile, so both companies point to the other to solve our problem. We have heard nearly identical stories from neighbors in our community, which appears to be a Bait-and Switch Tactic to over-charge customers for phones sold at this local T-Mobile Store. Let the Buyer Beware if you are considering T-Mobile.

      I have contacted T-Mobile multiple times to report an issue with the battery of my cellphone which is a safety hazard for me. The customer representative transfers my call to the ******************** which says, a new claim has been opened, they will contact me within ***** hours. It has already passed over 3 weeks since the first call I did to report the issue with the battery of the cellphone. I have done over 6 additional calls, and I am still waiting that someone provides a solution. It is very disappointed of how I have been treated with the request for a simple cellphone battery replacement which is covered under the insurance policy that I continue to pay to T-Mobile.

      If I could add a negative 10 that would not allow justice for the level of terrible service that I have received from this company. I have been having issues with t mobile since I first started with my account in 2021. They have made promises and have not fulfilled any of them. I am being charged $60-$70 more each month. Originally the manager ***** advised he would help take care of this situation and each time I call or come into the facility he is to busy he gives my account to another representative to help me then that never gets taken care of and now he is talking about I need to reach out to customer service. I have spent over 35 hours on the phone with customer service and still they have not fixed the issue. I have went into the t mobile company over 20 times and they keep giving me the run around. I am filing a compliant because this is no way to do business and this by far should be considered fraud taking additional money that does not belong to them.

      I ordered T-Mobile home internet because of the awesome deal they were offering, along with some extra streaming perks and rebates. At first the speed was great, but after a couple weeks I was getting download speeds of 1-9 Mbps and upload speeds just as bad. It was trying to connect to cell towers that were ***** miles away when there are several towers within 2 miles of my home. After 4 weeks of inconsistent connection speeds, I went back to Xfinity and the speed has been super fast.
