      This formal complaint against ThatMemory LLC, operating as ThatSkyShop (***************************), concerns the purchase of a Dark Dragon Plush (order #M81380) on February 13, 2024, for $45 USD ($37 item, $8 delivery, $0 tax). This experience has been marred by a series of failures and neglect on the part of ThatMemory LLC, necessitating intervention from the Better Business Bureau due to the company's unresponsiveness and apparent disregard for basic customer service principles.Despite repeated attempts to contact the company on February 23 and March 18, 2024, I received only automated responses. This lack of engagement reflects a disregard for customer service.Their shipping policy notes, "Please note that the suggested delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur...thatskyshop is not held liable for any unforeseen delays..." Yet, no delivery estimates or updates are provided. This statement, while highlighting potential delays, fails utterly to provide any estimated delivery dates or meaningful updates, leaving customers in a state of unacceptable uncertainty.Additionally, the scant information on ThatMemory LLC and reports of it being 'temporarily closed' question their reliability. Given these circumstances, I insist on an expedited delivery of my order and a detailed status update. Moreover, it is imperative that ThatMemory LLC address these severe shortcomings in its customer service approach to prevent recurrence of such issues.I also faced issues submitting my correct *******************, to the BBB, further exemplifying the company's inefficiencies. I expect the BBB to treat this matter with urgency and facilitate a resolution.In light of the aforementioned issues, I urge the Better Business Bureau to take this complaint with the gravity it deserves and to ensure a prompt and equitable resolution is reached.
