On February 9, 2017, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery, service and customer service issues. Complaints allege that consumers ordered a hand painted photo portrait from Your Art Now, paid a deposit upfront, and was promised the portrait would be completed by a certain time. Consumers allege either not receiving the portrait by the date promised or not receiving the portrait at all. Consumers allege that when they did receive their portrait, it was either damaged and/or done incorrectly. Consumers further allege that when reaching out to the company to have the portrait corrected or to receive a refund the company is unresponsive.
BBB reached out to the company in an effort to address the underlying cause(s) of its pattern of complaints.
