      On September 29, 2023 I had a procedure done by Sono ***** in *********; tummy, sides and back. I was lead to believe this was a simple procedure and could resume normal activities in about 6wk The surgeon/staff were in hurry as I was the last procedure on a Friday.Doctors have told me I tolerate pain remarkably well, this one hurt!After surgery I developed Serums that were very painful. I had to drive four hour to ****** for them to attempt treatment.SB used large syringes to drain the serums. They also put in two drains, one totally failed the other was not affective.I had been in a car accident, shorty after procedure , belt and air bad hit stomach hard. It was thought that exasperate the Serums. I was t told it would go away with time.They GOT MUCH WORSE. I had NO IDEAS THIS COULD HAPPEN.When in *** for family reasons I became so ill I admitted to the hospital for 3 days.UCHealth.I endured MANY further treatments. Upon release from hospital I had about five more cutting edge treatments but finally HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER EXTENSIVE SURGERY from plastic surgen to remove the Huge Serums resulting from SB procedure.It is now 10 months latter and I look like I never had the procedure.Issues:The potential complications, side effects were downplayed, I learned late serums not uncommon.SB acted like it would go away in time.SB offered little follow up once UCHealth got involved, beyond there skill sets.I have not fully removed from all this trauma/stress and my health was severely affected.Other than tighter skin on stomach I got little results, wish I could have or what I paid for!Given that this whole experience was expensive , painful, embarrassing, kept me house bound and resulted in months of medical procedures no noticeable improvement and caused likely permanent damage to my health,I am requesting that ********** give me a full refund.Respectfully ***********************

      1). I was led to believe the recovery time would be much sooner. Also much less pain. The day of the procedure I had to be there. At 1:00 for surgery at 3:00 The medication was given at 2:20 by the procedure didnt start until 4:20 by then the medication had worn off and I experienced the most worse pain I have experienced and was wide awake during the whole thing.

      I went in for a free consultation (as advertised on TV) in ****************, ** on 7/12/24; met with ******* who was not a health expert but a salesperson who quickly had me complete a lot of paperwork and sign with proper explanation as to what I was signing. I told her I had to go home and talk to my husband about the cost of doing the procedure and will decide if I want to proceed then. She convinced me to set up an appointment for a pre-op on 7/18 because they were booking up fast but said she needed to take a deposit. I make a deposit of $500 in good faith. I canceled in writing the next day 7/13/24 after considering the health risk and felt they were not being honest about the health implications and recovery--there's a bunch of negative reviews online, even someone dying. I got a text back saying they canceled the pre-op appt and my deposit was non-refundable. They never disclosed that the deposit they asked for was non-refundable. Sono Bello provided no services to me. There is no reason for them to keep my deposit. I feel I was tricked into leaving a deposit just to make an appt for an initial consult. that never took place. I called their office on Monday 7/15/24 and spoke to Practice Manager **** Silo-**** and demanded a refund. She said she will process the refund. I called again the same day to confirm and the receptionist ******* who confirmed with **** that the refund was being processed same day (7/15/2024). I have yet to receive any money back in my bank account. This place is not credible, and they are ripping people off.

      Had an appointment with the patient care consultant at Sono Bello on July 9 at around 9:30-10:30 to get an evaluation on the type of service i was looking for which(*****) helped me she was really nice she stated she needed to set up a pre-surgical appt with the surgeon to finalize the procedure and if i had any questions the appointment was schedule for Thursday 11 at 7:15 where i waited until around 7:30 to see the surgeon ******************** had mention that i had a heart issue but had not had an episode since I had my last child he starting going through the possible complications where i explained to him i had no episodes but i avoid caffeine to prevent my heart from having bad palpitation he explained that the anesthesia was general but the medication that i needed where going to increase my heart rate and that i needed to get clearance with my cardiologist which i did call to set up appt but received no answer left a vm. So i decided to call Sono Bello to get a refund on the 700 dollar deposit i made but ***** stated is non-refundable i explained to her the situation and that ****************** did not want to proceed with the surgery so i needed my deposit back because he did not feel conformable doing the surgery not that i did not want to do it but my health was not allowing me to move forward she(*****)was irate i stated i just needed my deposit she stated she was going to look into it but never got back to me. I just need my refund of 700. I understand that if i would of not wanted to proceed any longer the deposit can not be refunded but surgeon ******* did not want to proceed.

      1st I was over charged. Never looked at my arm to see if this would work. She should have known that it would not. My arms looks worse and are hanging lower then they were when I went in. She over charged me and then tried to make it look like I was getting extra. I think because she was trying to sell me the stomach surgery but I just want my arms to look nice. I am so upset spending money for nothing. I asked for my money back before I started because after you pay and come back they make you sign things they should have made me sign before you pay. Don't tell me this will work and you know it won't.

      This company has the absolute worse customer service. I have completed surveys and expressed my concerns, received a call from them and talked about the issues Ive faced with their ***resentatives. And yet, still nothing has changed. Im writing this while sitting in my robe waiting for the doctor and its been over an hour now since I got here. The room is so cold and I have to sit here waiting. *** already spoken to the nurse and shes helpless not knowing how to assist. This is just unacceptable. Each time I come here, they not only change my appointment time the day before, but theyre also ALWAYS late. They called me the day before to schedule a different time, and after getting here, they sent me right back home saying they had a power outage apparently. I still have yet to receive compensation for money spent to come here. The next appointment I had, I waited hour and a half for an appointment I came super early for. Im here again this morning, its been over an hour and Im still waiting. This is just unacceptable. They have no respect for their customers. No one has given me ANY update on timing or if the doctor is even coming anymore. Im the one who had to go and complain about the wait. Its not okay. My results were also really bad and Im still waiting for the before and after pictures that Ive been requesting for MONTHS. When their *** called, they said theyd look into it and I have not heard from them since.This place is nothing but a joke at this point. At least for me it has.. because theyve done nothing but waste my time. Every chance of them being better has been thrown out the window. Just trash.Im also not confident about getting my surgery done here again. Id rather partial fund and go somewhere else where people respect my time. This place is NOT it.

      I went to Sonobello on 6/24 for a free consultation. When I got there I thought I was going to be talking to a doctor but talked to a really nice lady instead. I was told about the areas that I needed done and she quoted me a price. Long story short my pre op date is for 7/26 but in the meanwhile I caught covid. I decided to cancel the surgery due to health problems and I was told at the consultation if I had to cancel before my pre op day die to health issues I can get my money back she said she understand things like that *** occur. I paid $500 while i was there and another $780 already before pre op day. I haven't seen a doctor at all and haven't paid all of my money yet. The deposit was 1800 so i owed a couple of more payments before the procedure would take place. I do not want them to mess with my body while im sick. I was told I couldn't get my money back after the lady gave me her word I could if its due to a health issue. In the mean time I had to replace my bank card because I misplaced the one I was making payments from. I also told them that so my money can be refunded to my new card but no one got back with me. I called the ambassador team and they said they reached out to local office but no respond back.DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!THEY MAKE THINGS SOUND GOOD BUT JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!if i dont get my money back soon i have an attorney that will!

      I had liposuction done at the ***************************** and the surgeon did a poor job with a lack of skills in this area. This caused extreme irregularities in fat distribution. The fat contour is completely botched and there are pockets of hard fibrosis. These side effects are rare in laser liposuction when done by a skilled surgeon. My operation was likely done with haste and negligence resulting in patchy irregular pattern of fat pockets and areas of fibrosis. Very uneven and poor quality work. When I asked for an explanation of why this happened I was immediately dismissed.

      I got liposuction from Sonobello which took place on October 10th 2022. It came out bumpy and uneven although I have never had any kids and they told me Im a great candidate due to my skin elasticity. After a year post op, they approved me for a revision to fix the issue. My revision took place on October 18th 2023. Now that I am 9 months post op from my revision surgery I can see that the revision made the issue worse. I have spent the last few months trying to get help from Sonobello on how we can agree upon some form of resolution. They have denied me any resolution besides offering me yet another revision surgery. I had a doctor also print out physical pictures of my before and afters. Those were then held up in the air as the nurse and doctor verbally asked which one would you rather be to eachother, prompting me to answer. I was manipulated into believing Sonobello had resources to help a customer like me. I was also manipulated into thinking there was a satisfaction gaurentee promised to me.

Despite the skilled work of our surgeon and a successful procedure that provides a cosmetic improvement, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and dissatisfaction can occur. Should you find your results to be unsatisfactory, your surgeon would like the opportunity to evaluate your results. If your surgeons evaluation determines your results to be deficient, we will touch up the area at no cost to you. ****************** took advantage of this touch up procedure on October 18, 2023.       I am rejecting this response because: I was given the opportunity to fix my irregularities by receiving an additional surgery. This additional surgery made the irregularities worse. I got approved for a second revision. This would mean 3 surgeries I would have had to go through to get *decent* results. I think it is valid to call Sonobellos integrity into question aa these irregularities did not manifest because my body rejected the surgery. The irregularities came from the carelessness of the doctor *** performed the surgery on me. Since I was approved for another revision, that would mean Sonobello admits the issue is one that involves irregular pockets of fat missed by my surgeon during BOTH surgeries. This mistake was not a lack of predicting the aesthetic outcome or an unforeseen incompatibility between my body and the surgery (as the contract apparently states Sonobello cannot be held liable for). It is clearly a lack of skill, effort, care, and empathy for a HUMAN, or A PATIENT OF SONOBELLO. I feel as though the possibility of visual irregularities was very intentionally hidden. During my consultation I was assured that I was the perfect candidate for this treatment. I feel I was manipulated and I do not feel the contract clearly outlines the aesthetic risks of this procedure. I feel as though the wording was very vague and more so focused on medical risks such as blood clots or heart attacks. In addition, I believe the satisfaction commitment part of the contract was very unforthcoming as it vaguely stated the method of resolution in the event a patient ends up dissatisfied with their results. I was under the impression that in the event something went wrong and all resources were exhausted (I feel they have been as Ive already had to go through 2 surgeries and I am still left with severe irregularities) that there was a potential resolution that we would come to. Now I am hearing the ONLY resolution offered to a dissatisfied patient (*** already gave Sonobello a chance to correct the issue) is more surgeries that might potentially worsen the irregularities. I feel this wording choice in the contract was an intentional tactic so patients could feel safe and protected in the event something went wrong. That is the reason I was so comfortable choosing Sonobello for a life changing treatment that I believed would make me feel beautiful. Trusting Sonobello has left me more self conscious than I have ever been, and aesthetically and mentally maimed for life. I am 24. I got the surgery at 22 and the revision at 23. I have no kids.I was not very overweight. My body will never be youthful or natural again. I would take any amount of body fat over what I was left with. I have never regretted a choice so much in my life. I feel Im entitled to compensation that either grants me the ability to get this fixed elsewhere, or enough to cover the money I invested into this procedure. I do not feel Sonobello deserves any amount of money for the treatment I received including money for my doctors time, supplies, etc. I feel that money belongs right back into my pocket so I can move on with my life and attempt to find peace over the situation. I do not feel I broke-even with this surgery or got what I paid for. I feel I paid thousands of dollars to get surgically deformed. My doctor gets to live his life freely in his nice car and nice home. He gets to vacation and not worry about financial instability. He gets to retire early and love his life. All at the cost of my body, and a lifetime of a womans confidence.

      On 5/20/24 I interned into a contract with Sono Bello to have an invasive procedure done. I gave them a $2,000.00 deposit and an appointment for the procedure was made. Later I was told by phone that I needed to get a doctor ****** exam. I am a diabetic and my A12 came back at 8.8, very high. My doctor and I agreed this procedure would put me at a high risk of infection and it was not worth the risk. When I contacted them they said the next day they told me they would give me a full refund of my deposit. I am still waiting. After about a month I started calling several times a week and the girl that signed me up refused to talk to me or return my calls. I am an older woman and not sure how to use the internet or now how to navigate the system. This should be a simple issue to solve, they are making it difficult for me. I dont know how to load documents. I can get a copy of the lab work done that indicated my elevated A12 level.
