On April 4, 2020, Better Business Bureau
recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and
customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from
Antitale’s online store, however after several weeks they have not received
their products. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests for
assistance. Additionally, this company also operates under the name of
Anrovan with the same address.
Better Business Bureau learned that the
address being used by Antitale is 1527 Fruitland Drive Bellingham, Washington
98226. Consumers should be aware that this address has also recently been used
by other businesses. The area code for the business telephone number serves New
York State.
On March 20, 2020 and April 2, 2020,
Better Business Bureau reached out to Antitale, but as of April 9, 2020,
they have not responded.
A business license search through the
Washington State Department of Revenue revealed that Antitale is not a licensed
business, further, consumers can file complaints with Better Business Bureau at www.BBB.org and with the Federal Trade
Commission at ftc.gov/complaint.
