    I ordered a product from this company on September 28th. I ordered 2 items, one I received within 5 business days and the other product which is LIVE WORMS never got delivered.I've reached out to the company over 5 times with false shipping dates and with false guarantees that my worms would ship on October 14th. I continue to call Nature's Footprint and I keep getting told completely different things Such as...- your on the list so If I don't call you back then it's because your getting your worms shipped this Friday *********** claimed (someone named ****) that even though the company is in **********, ** that the hurricane in ******* directly impacted their company (still unclear as to how that's related)I called again October 21 and asked yet again if the worms were going to ship and the gentleman who answered only asked if I've called before to which I said "Yes, multiple times" and he stated he would have someone call me back right away with tracking information and till this day I never received any call back.I also tried to email the company in hopes that it would be more easier for someone to reach back out to me via email and never received any message back.I feel as if my money was just taken from me being that on OCTOBER 28TH it will be 1 month of waiting and being told false information. This is very unprofessional of this company.I do understand delays and unseen events, but I've been given 3 separate "ship dates" and at the end I keep getting the run around.
