September 22, 2017, BBB received a report in BBB’s Scam Tracker from a consumer
stating while searching for a horse trailer to purchase she was directed to the
website, dks-trailers.com or DKS Trailers LLC advertising a location in
Roseburg, Oregon. As of September 25, 2017, BBB has confirmed DKS
Trailers is not located at their advertised location of 7963 Old Hwy 99 N in
Roseburg, Oregon. BBB could not find the company registered with Oregon
Secretary of State. BBB found the website was recently registered in May
and the ownership of the website is privacy protected. BBB has
emailed the company and is awaiting a response.
On November 28, 2017, BBB received a consumer report stating the business is also operating under the business name, KSD Trailers LLC found at http://ksdtrailers.online. BBB found this website is identical to DKS Trailers LLC with the same inventory for sale. BBB also found the business is not located at their advertised location in Medford, Oregon. BBB found the website was registered on September 9, 2017 and the ownership of the website is privacy protected. BBB could not find the company registered with Oregon Secretary of State. To date, the company has not responded.
On January 23, 2017, BBB received a report in BBB’s Scam Tracker from a consumer stating the business is now operating under SKT Premier LLC found at http://www.sktpremier.com/?route=home. BBB has verified the advertised address in Salem, Oregon does not belong to SKT Premier LLC. BBB confirmed SKT premier is not registered with Oregon Secretary of State. BBB found the website was created on November 24, 2017.
On September 18, 2018, BBB received a report in BBB's Scam Tracker from a consumer stating the business is now operating as Sky Rider Trailers. BBB has verified the advertised address in Ridgefield, WA is invalid. BBB confirmed Sky Rider Trailers does not exist at that location.
In March 2019, BBB received information from two consumers stating the business is now operating as Western Way LLC advertising an address in Brookings, Oregon.
On February 12, 2021, BBB found the business is now operating as JKS-Sun Ride LTD advertising an address in Bellingham, WA. These trailers do not exist.

On April 30,2020, BBB contacted Quasar Trailers
concerning an advertising claim found on its website, https://quasartrailers.com/. Specifically, the company claims, "Money Back Guarantee," but does not provide the details of the
guarantee.
When using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” in product
advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement
that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to sale at the
advertiser's location, viewed on the advertiser’s website or, in the case of
mail or telephone order sales, made available free on written request.
On
July 21, 2020 BBB received reports that the business is now operating as Equine
Coast Trailers Ltd, JP West Central, Sky-Riders NW, WD Ride Central, Blue
Trailer Ltd & Sky Rider Trailers.
