    I was offered a promotion of skin care, derma filers total cost $2,400 for four full siringes. I was advised by the aesthetic nurse to schedule a second visit to complete the treatment after the swelling and bruising of the first treatment to go down. I waited a couple of weeks to recover and called back to schedule to complete the treatment. I was advised the aesthetic nurse who treated me on my first visit no longer works there. I asked to be scheduled with another member of their staff and to confirm I was not going to be billed for that visit as I had made an advanced payment on my first visit. The receptionist told she had to check with the spa owner to make sure no additional fees will be charged. The following day, I received a call from the receptionist to tell me that the spa owner had refused to honor the promotion I paid in advanced, and that I would have to pay for the second part of the treatment. I voiced my discontent and asked to speak with the spa owner ***************** my request was refused. I was asked to leave a message. I left several messages with no responses.I want to get back part of my advanced payment, $1,200. Please provide guidance on a satisfactory resolution. Thanks *********************************
