    I ordered this swim suit in March and I have sent them several emails explaining that I never received it.They just keep saying call the postal shipping company but the number they gave me for the shipping company does not work.This is a scam business based in *****. If i would've known this I never would have iredered from them. They take people's money and then claim if the product gets lost you're out of luck.

    Ordered 3 swimsuits on June 30, 2024. Didnt receive any order confirmation. Sent an email to customer service on July 3rd requesting an order confirmation. Response was incoherent and still didnt provide an order number. Finally got partial shipping notice on July 8th. This was the first time I got an order number (********). Items were finally delivered on July 21 and 23. The extra small items fit like a medium. One of the bags even had a size sticker torn off and an XS sticker put on top. I immediately sent an email requesting to return. They said no because it was my fault I didnt check their size chart. I had checked it and measured before ordering and the items were not even close to the size on the chart. I explained this and they offered 20% refund to keep the suits (that dont fit). Now theyve stopped responding. This is NOT what the return policy on their website says.

    I purchased 2 items from this company, Sunikini and tried to return them within their return time which is 15 days and they are saying I can't return them because i didn't pay attention to the sizing chart?? I just want a refund

    I placed an order with this company and when the package arrived it had the GA address listed as where it came from, but once I contacted them with the email address provided, realized that this was in fact a company from *****. I could tell by the email chains back and forth, and when I inquired about the refund was told that they would offer me 15% compensation for my $100 order or I could send back, so I chose the option to send back as their website states FREE returns. Well they sent me an address in *****, which would have cost more than what I paid for the suits, and have sent them 4 or 5 emails asking for a resolution and that I was going to contact you the BBB or the authorities and no one has replied back. I wish I would have done better research, but was also asked if I looked at the size charts and should have ordered the right size. This company is a scam and I am just hoping to get a resolution or to help someone else not get scammed. I see now on Trust pilot all of the horrible reviews. I don't understand why they have warehouse at the address attached and then are being able to scam US citizens like this. This is my first time being scammed and truly feel stupid. I hope to help someone else not get scammed. I understand I will probably never see my money again, that is the last time I order anything from Instagram. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    I ordered 3 swimsuits from this company on June 5. I contacted the company a couple of weeks later because they still had not been shipped. I was assured they were on the way and was given a tracking number. There was no movement on that tracking so I emailed again on 6/29. They again assured me they were on the way. I requested that they just cancel my order and refund me. They refused saying they were coming. They arrived on 7/10, but 1 suit was missing and 1 suit was not the same style that was pictured online. I contacted them requesting a refund on the missing suit and information on how to return one of the others. I will keep 1. They responded saying maybe I just need a different size on the one I didnt like, and they also said they would be sending the missing one. They continue to give the runaround. When I purchased the suits, it says free returns on the order page (picture below).. That is the only reason I ordered multiple. It was also supposed to arrive between June 22 and June 26 but had not even shipped by then. I just want to be able to get my free return and refund for the suit I dont want and I want a refund for the 3rd one that didnt show up.

    I ordered from this company on June 17. The estimated arrival was supposed to be June 24/25. It still says awaiting shipment. I contacted them and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They have yet to do either.

    I placed an order on sunikini.com for two items on 5/15/24. The site said it would take 5-7 business days for delivery. ************************************************************************ updates. A few days later they responded and the package arrived after 14 days. Immediately after just looking at the two bathing suits I knew they were way too large. Their website says free returns so I reached out to inquire about how to return. Days later they responded that it would need to be shipped back to ***** at my cost. The items were shipped from ********** and the site said returns are to be sent to ******. I let them know it would cost me $20 to ship to ***** and asked if I could return to their California address. They did not respond for almost a week. I was afraid I would miss the return window so I paid the $20 reluctantly and returned to the ******* address provided weeks later by customer service. I dropped off on 6/6/24 to the *********** and provided tracking info to customer service. The item has been in transit to the destination since 6/10/24 with no updates and no refund! I keep reaching out to customer service and they barely respond. They wont refund anything to me and I am afraid this is all a scam and was provided a fake return address to run out the clock on my return timeframe. Please help !

    Order for 3 suits and payment made on May 9,2024. May 31,2024 only 2 suits came in package. 1 suit is a completely different suit than what I ordered. Ive contacted them (email is the only option)and they are dismissing the fact Im missing a suit I paid for and telling me some crazy story about the suit I received that is wrong. Ill send screenshots for reference.

    I purchased 3 swimsuits from the website Sunikini.com on 3/31/24 for $91.08 and then an additional charge of $0.91 was charged to my account on 4/1/2024 for a foreign transaction fee that I was not informed of. I received my order on 4/9/2024 and the products I received were not as described on the website. I contacted the seller regarding the return of these items on 4/9/2024 asking for the return instructions per the website with the understanding that I was responsible for the cost of the return. I had to go back and forth with them for three days before they finally provided me with a return address located in *****. This was not explained on the website that returns are to be sent to ***** which will cost more to return then the purchase itself. The address on my package was from ********** and I show the business address on the BBB to be in **********. I would like to receive return instructions to a US address so I can pay for the shipping and get a full refund.
