    ordered three swimsuits. None of them fit and poor quality. contacted them three times asking for *** and return process according to their site. absolutely no communication. I purchased through ******. my ****** account reads: Seller info Happymoyan No idea who this is but that is who processed the cc info and shipped. It took over two weeks to get this order that is supposedly from WA state but that is not the case they are CHINA based. I should also have done my homework. Contacted them three times. No response. I filed a complaint with ****** and **** and now BBB to warn others DO NOT BUY from here.

    No response to return swimwear! Place is a scam. Emailed 3 times for a return label and they never replied. I don't even want to give them 1 star.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!I ordered $150 worth of swimsuits from this company to see which ones would work for me and my daughters to go on our vacation. When I tried to return them, they gave me the run around, but finally gave me an address to send them back to *****. I spent the $45 to send them back, but when they got to *****, the company rejected the packet and then it got lost in a shipping container. I ordered the suits in March and finally got my package returned to me in ************, I am out almost $200 and have suits that are poor quality and fit funny even on cute, skinny teenagers.I would give them a 0 if I could!!

    Do not buy and think you can return. They look like they are based out of CA or WA and they are not. I ordered multiple sizes of the same suit and they made me send it back to ***** which cost me $30. I had spent $100. When I asked about the CA address on my package they said it was just the warehouse and could not be used for returns. I had to send it priority for tracking. Sent it a month ago and have not received my refund yet.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM SUNIKINI! I ordered 4 suits and paid expedited shipping to receive them before my vacation. I did not receive them on time. I emailed 3 times to try to return them. The company would not give a return authorization or address. When I did finally receive my package, I only received 3 of the 4 items I paid for. After emailing the company again, their response is to pick out another item to replace the one I didn't get. I am still trying to get a refund. The items themselves are cheaply made and uncomfortable. TERRIBLE!!

    Echoing all of the other reviews here - I truly wish I researched before placing an order with this company. Exact same rigamarole - I was not happy with my purchase, I followed instructions per their website to return my items for a refund, and have been getting the same runaround as all of these other people for days. I am very unhappy with this company and am going to try to dispute the charge with my bank, but be warned, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

    Dont shop with this company. The sizing is way off and their customer service is awful! It took almost a month to receive my order and the fit was way off (I normally never have issues with fit) and this was their response:Hello,Thanks for your reply , sorry for this items did not fit you , actually for return , customer should pay for the shipping fee , so for this item , we suggest you can keep it for your side , then we can apply some 20% compensation to you ,you keep the clothes ,is that OK ?because it takes time and shipping to send back and also need pay for extra cost,

    Fraudulent company uses pictures of other company swimsuits in their advertisements. Did not get confirmation email, products arrived past the promised 7-12 working day window. They refused to cancel the order and are refusing to refund the items.Don't be fooled!!

    Do not order anything from Sunikini.I purchased 2 bathing suits, paid extra for expedited shipping, got them late, asked to return them, and had 2 emails asking for more reasons why I wanted to return them and then received this email - which is copied verbatimHello,Thanks for your reply , sorry for this item did not fit you , actually for return , customer should pay for the shipping fee , so for this item , we suggest you can keep it for your side , then we can apply some 15% compensation to you ,you keep the clothes ,is that OK ?because it takes time and shipping to send back and also need pay for extra cost,ThanksDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
