    I called for a plumber for non emergency toilet drain issue. This was on 10/4 or 10/5. A plumber was dispatched for first thing on Friday. Plumber showed up. Ised a battery operated device and toilet was able to flush. The call out was ~$409 For the non emergency call. On saturaday the toilet was non operational in the same manner as prior to The friday 10/7 service call. I call on the am 10/8 and spoke with ****. We discussed that it was NOT an emergency. But the plumber out on Friday was not a plumber, but a sub contracted plumbers helper who was in training. I was told a more expereinced employee would be out the following day vs waiting for a senior employee possibly the next week. The person that showed up the next day was another sub contractor. Who pointed out the prior sub contractor did it wrond using a sing clean out on a water closet. This sub used a manual water closet snake and cleared the drain. Also checked the water calve and adjusted water level and valve chain length. This sub conteactor also collected another $160 from my wife while i was on a business call regarding the *** hospitals downtime. The business owner is ****. **** never talked to me. Never called me back and owes us the first call out $$. At the end of the day, a non emergent snaking of the pipe is not ~$570. ( we have three bathrooms, onpy one was non functional ie not an emergency) We are not currently in possession of all requested tech visit documents and invoices and receipts of payment in full.
