    We paid Snowdog Media (**** *********) a total of $4,000 USD in advance for a new company website (********) with booking and e-commerce functionality. Despite repeated requests, we have received no working layout, no usable site, and no booking integration. The project is more than 2 months delayed and the provider has refused to deliver what was agreed. We have spent significant time trying to resolve this constructively, including offering a simplified path forward, but have not received cooperation or delivery. No test environment, booking system or final layout has been made available. He now claims work was delivered, but no agreed-upon product or usable output exists. This has severely impacted our business. We demand a refund.
