I have tried to contact the company via phone and email multiple times over the past 3 weeks without success. I have left voicemails and sent emails on their website, and yet have not received a reply. I am assisting my mother in obtaining replacements for her cookware. Its very sad that she has owned these cookware for more than 40 years to realize now that their customer service isnt as expected.

5 starsIve had these pots and pans for over 22 years now. I originally purchased them in ****. I am beyond satisfied & as I can tell they will last many lifetimes! I am so happy to be able to write this review. Thank you *****************!
