    I had called PNW Powersports LLC to see if they would be willing to work on my 1995 Suzuki Katana letting them know what the problem was with the bike. During that phone call, Skip had instructed me to bring it into PNW Powersports LLC on 8/12/22 which I had done on that exact date. He then had looked into what the problem may be with the bike and followed up with an estimate of $1,169.55 which I had gladly paid in two installments. First payment was of $300.00 on 8/22/22 and the second payment was of $869.55 on 8/23/22. Skip had informed me that he would have my bike up and running within a few weeks. Several months had then passed and have requested multiple status updates on my bike. He continued to re-assure me that he was working on getting it up and running or would mention to me that he has been really sick but planned on getting back to working on it once he felt better. Next thing I am hearing is that PNW Powersports LLC has closed their doors and have not received my 1995 Suzuki Katana nor the $1,169.55 I had originally given them for the repairs. I have made multiple attempts in the last month to contact Skip with PNW Powersports LLC. I had left multiple voicemails and texts to Skip over the last month with no response back as of yet. I have also went to the shop to find the office space has been cleared out. I would like to get my money and my property returned to me.

    I dropped my four ******* off on 2/10/22 talked with skip the owner about what had to be fixed and he agreed to fix it. He gave me an invoice of parts that needed to be bought and I paid him in full so he could get the parts and fix the bike. Its been 2 years of contacting him and excuses and now his shop has closed and they wont return m calls! I need help dont know what to do.
