After closing my account due to moving out of area, they gave me a debit gift card for a refund of my remaining balance, that expired in less than a year, which is no allowed under the criteria it was issued. After trying multiple times to get a new one or the money just put in my account I kept getting transferred or disconnected. They still owe me money and won't talk with me.

WE have been out of service since Dec. 26, 2023! We don't have TV, Home phone, or internet. I've called them several times, and have gotten no good reason to believe them about when we will get back our service. First they said we would get it back on Feb. 5. A worker called me after (Feb. 8) and said his crew would be out Feb. ***** and put in my new line underground. It's now Feb. 20 and no calls and no shows! I've been to the xfinity store in ********, and I can't even get reimbursed for my prepaid service from Dec. 27, 2023 to Jan. 10, ****! What service for their best customer rating? **************

Xfinity starts a contract like trick about no other fee but only 60$ internet charge per month for 2 year. However, starting the second year, Xfinity raised a 15$ charge on his router and claiming that previous deal of 60$ was a promotion with no charge or charge discount on router. However, one of my friends is with them since 2020 and still have this 60$ per month Internet deal/contract. I have reached out to Xfinity many many times regarding dispute the extra charge but they always asked me to wait or transfer to a representative and never had a representative solving this issue. In addition, about 6 months after this sneaky extra charge, they raise my internet fee again for another 5$ without any notification. Actually all of these extra charges they raised, they have not let me know ahead of time. If so, I would not continue with them. Therefore, I asked Xfinity to stop my service and I ask Amex to dispute my charge. But Xfinity put the disputed charge to a collection, which I did not agree.
