      I signed up for the *** program with Ziply the sales rep came to help me with all the forms I needed. Once I was approved on his phone it gave us a confirmation number then I called and gave it to ziply customer service. The customer service representative saw that I had been accepted. However the next month I get a bill for my internet which should have been zero instead it was $37.06. So I call they say I never have the the conformation number and they fill they form out for me again. Now the next month I get a bill for 53 and some change. Call and was told the same thing and I have to pay the balance due. This is not what I stiffness up for. I didn't want to leave xfinity where I was on the *** program and have NEVER had any issues with. Now all I have are problems. Their customer service representatives are a joke and can't help you. When you ask to speak to someone else of course there isn't anyone they can transfer you to. Bottom line is they will lie, steal and try to get a much money as possible out of you. So now I'm stuck with a 90 dollar bill that I can't afford and they won't due anything to help when it was their fault in the first place.

      Ziply Fiber has provide great service in my area for 3-4 months. Used to be stuck to ******* but so glad to have another choice! Would definitely recommend.

      Ziply Fiber disconnected my service, by mistake, then failed to show up for their assigned appointment. There is no one to complain to. I wrote 5 letter to Ziply Fiber's CEO, not one was answered or acknowledged.

      Zippily fiber is the worst company Ive ever engaged with. Somebody came and knocked on my door and asked me to sign up, and I reluctantly said yes. The day they installed the equipment, I texted the technician and told him that I made a mistake and I didnt want it anymore and I wanted to cancel. They told me that they would cancel and it would take a few hours. I have a text messages to prove it. They never canceled. I contacted the organization in September because I received another bill. They assured me that I would not have to pay anything as I never use the service. They sent me a mailer to return equipment, and when I went to return equipment, I couldnt uninstall it, so I called them back, and theyre saying that they sent it to Collections. I hate this company. They are the worst ever. Theyre charging me $165 for a service that I never used and canceled the same day that they hooked it up. Dont use this service.

      Ziply Fibre provides fast and reliable internet for a great price. Their customer service has been outstanding and very proactive - even calling after an outage that we did not even notice to ensure that service was back to normal. Installation was absolutely professional and painless and done by a very knowledgable tech. Our experience has been in direct contradiction with the negative service reviews on this site.

      There they are selling a service that does not work consistently but they consistently take your money I told them when they get their service fixed I'll pay them but until then I'm done paying them the service absolutely ***** their own technician ziply fiber they like to take your money but they don't fix the service too many people on one line that's a direct quote from *****'s technician that comes to my house they won't help me in any way they tried to give me $30 back I want it to work I don't care about the money they're selling an inferior product and expecting to get paid promptly every month that's not right thank you I hope you'll do something about this it's been years like this not just weeks or days
