      Ziply is a rip off. Their broadband is ridiculous.Their customer service are incompetent idiots.You'd be better off with two cups and some string.

      We are happy with the service and monthly charge. **************** has always been helpful and friendly, with issues resolved in a good time. Living in the country area the internet is slow sometimes hard to get on, but works for what we use it for at this point in time.

      I think zipply is a bunch of thieves! I get a bill for ****** which is high I thought so I called them and they tell me it's ****** then I go to pay it today and now it's ****** without any explanation. **************** is a call center in *************** and its difficult to understand them. This happened to people when they had the name frontier and so many people left them they had to change there name to fool the customers to sign up with them. I have a copy of the bill they sent me with the ****** owed and can't explain why it double. Be careful dealing with them. I'm going back to ******* at least there honest and fair. No zipply in my mind.

      Installation was performed 4 months ago without any delay by courteous professionals, and I haven't noticed any problems at all with the service when using Amazon Firestick for streaming apps, or using wifi, or directly cabled to my laptop.

      ************** was great. **************** SUCKS!!! I have recently moved to a city that does not have Zipley fiber. I had overpaid Zipley $16.00 when I moved out. Trying to recoup the $16 overpayment from ****** has been like trying to get blood out of a turnip! One would think this would AND SHOULD be a simple process. It has been 2 months and no check yet. I was given different numbers to call to no avail. I keep getting the run around. Im turning them into the ********************************* for fraud. Boy, when they owe me money, its a whole lot different than when I owe them money! Very poor way to do business.

      Only God know why i got stuck with the ***** FROM H*** with this company. DOUBLE BILLED -- same service, same address -and same name. *I've been promised by Rep we will fix this. 3 months, 17 phone calls later i am in collections.Imagine being charged TWICE for internet at the same address with the same name --same service. I cannot be in collections as my service is working and my account balance is paid in advance 1 month. in fact you cannot shut me down for the same reason. "Look at the account it right in front of you". --Now my credit rating took a hit for ZIPLY'S ERROR and collection comp calls a few times a day. PROMISES MADE BY REP ARE FORGOTTEN BEFORE YOU HANG UP..----------------------------------------------------------------3 MONTHS AGO REP SAW I WAS BEING BILLED TWICE FOR SAME SERVICE. said he'd fix it..they are impotent to help fix their own **** error. I've lost sleep over this and spent way too much energy on this !@#$ show company. maybe BBB will go after them I've lost hope.. as many calls as i make no one hears me and no one assist in a simple prob. i keep getting stuck in *************** and have to explain myself over and over to no avail. -- just sick over all this needless anxiety and stress for nothing -- caused by greedy Ziply.

      I only have Ziply's internet. I am so happy with the service so far, their installer was on time and answered all my questions. He was in and out very friendly and polite. The internet has been very reliable unlike Spectrum who on and off all hours of the day and night. I am very happy with my choice. I referred my daughter and she is also impressed with Ziply Fiber.
