      Bad start when tech never showed and no phone call. Called and was guaranteed a tech would come that day. Never happened but low and behold the tech came first thing in the morning. He was GREAT and very knowledgeable. Ended up increasing what I originally ordered since the speed would not have been enough to support all of my devices. Once set up, everything is working excellent. Its been 3-4 months now. Never have to call. Set up on paperless and auto pay. The website is so user friendly. I get emails confirming my payments. Bumpy start but well worth it in the long run.

      Called to cancel as we moved out of service area. The person we talked to updated our new address and told us we would not be charged. Well they continued to charge us for 4 months of service. We filled disputes each time and called the company each time to cancel again. We were continually told we would no longer be charged. Month 5 rolls around and they finally stop charging us. We are now at month 8 and just got a call from collections. There was a cancelation bill sent to the wrong address that we were never told about. So ofcourse it didn't get paid. Now we have a ding on our credit report for a s**** up on their end. Absolutely ridiculous and so unnecessary. This company provides iffy service for super cheap, but they will NOT let you go once they get your payment info. Absolute scam.

      They have a good product, the internet. Their custom service lies to you day in and day out! Went throught more then 12 custom service reps and NONE of them tells you the truth about their product! TOTAL FRAUD! They even hung up on me! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

      It's amazing that Ziply landline is still in business. This is September and there were already 5 full weekends this year with NO LANDLINE PHONE. All the neighbors called to report, and they told every one of use that no one else has reported it. THEY DON'T WORK WEEKENDS. So if it goes out on a Friday, which for some reason it usually does, we will have no phone for 3 days. And we are all in an area with no cell service. If there were a fire or other health emergency or such we're out of luck. Horrible. I've also waited in the queue for over an hour to speak to someone. We have no other choice or we would cancel. Plus, they NEVER tell you what happened, or apologize, or take anything off the bill. What kind of a phone service doesn't work weekends???

      I regret ever signing up with this company. I canceled my service on 8/31/22 in doing so over the phone with an agent and she didn't cancel my automatic payment, so my bank account was charged an additional $80.00. The first time I called on this matter I was told that a refund was due back to my account, but was not received. I just called the company for the second time and was told that I was not receiving any refund, as they are not regulated and so they don't have any obligation to refund my money. I'm so done with this company and would not recommend anyone who is deciding to switch to Ziply Fiber, please do your research.

      Getting Worse: They ran new fiber cable down our road and the barrage of rude and panic, high-pressure tactic calls (multiple a day), emails (multiple a day) and visits to my home is ridiculous, not to mention my existing DSL all of a sudden has been sporadic at best (convenient timing~ just another pressure tactic)! They have hung up on my kids when they find out I'm not available, emailed threatening they are disconnecting my service (but I called customer service and they told me they are not), flat out argued with me and over talked me on the phone. They are offering free connection? I live 300' off the road and across a creek, so the 'sales people' (not a construction supervisor) think they will run an overhead line through thick trees? No trimming? No pole install? Truly out of their minds, one wind storm and a limb on the line . . . no service! And then I'll be paying for sure, as I am sure that free install does NOT come with a free maintenance line! They just want me to connect no matter what and to justify their upgrade out to a very rural area without truly considering real issues.I have a cable line that is buried underground (right next to my existing Ziply phone line) I can switch to, since they don't want me as a customer anymore! Even if the cable is a bit more expensive, Ziply has driven me away with the way they have treated me with their rude behavior!

      They are absolutely the worst. 2 days in a row they have not showed up when making appointments they dont even call and let you know they are not coming. I dont recommend them to anyone. These were installation appointments too.

      Never hiring ************ again. I hate to give Bad Reviews. Partially my fault, I had a bank account closed and no longer needed the service. Figured they would Just cancel the charges. They built Up my account charges 4-6 more months and now I have a $290 dollar balance and the customer service representative accidentally leaked that I have No late fees, they were just charging me for breathing. and now they're going to send it to collections. I messed ** in not communicating, but there clearly out to take advantage of people. Find different internet service Provider, you won't regret it. You will Be Disappointed with Ziply eventually in my experience.

      Unfortunately bad experience! We were hoping for a better outcome. The internet service is mediocre. I would not consider them again until they improve their quality. In addition, we called them to cancel the service the month before we had the closing on our property, however, we were charged an extra month for the 3 days we used before closing. The person I spoke with to cancel the service did not bother to tell us that we'll be charged for the entire month. When I told the customer service person that if mentioned I would have canceled at the end of the previous month, she apologized but would not reverse the charges. On top of it, they charged a late fee. Not sure how they consider this good customer care, but that is how they function!
