      I set up a payment to be taken out the following day from this company and they take it out immediately overdrafting my account leaving me with no money to eat on for the day and I'm a long hauled truck driver They refuse to refund it or fix it and they do this every month and it's getting to be a bunch of bull why schedule a payment plan if they're gonna take it out the day before

      Poor customer service and unresolved billing system mistake. I had internet service by ziply Fiber for several years with automatic withdraw to pay for monthly service. On March 10, 2022, I called ziply Fiber and canceled their service. My last payment of $60 posted on 3/10/2022 and I received a March billing statement on 3/16/2022 showing that they had received the $60 on 3/10/2022, and that there was "0" balance remaining on the account. But in Apil and May, ziply Fiber sent bills for a further $60 as "forward balance". I have sent my credit card statement to ziply Fiber and explained that I don't owe ziply any money. Instead of continuing to work with me, they passed this non-existent "forward balance" as "debt" to a debt collection company, who refused to accept my explanation and threated to report me so I would have bad credit record.

      ziplyfiber customer service,My name is *********************, my ziply account number was ***********SSN**-5. I made ******************** Customer Review on your way of handling a $60 billing mistake.I have paid my monthly bill to ziply by auto-withdraw for years, never missed any bill. From the attached ziply bill, you can tell that my last bill paid on 3-10-2022, there was no new service charge for March because I canceled ziply service on 3/9/22 . My credit card statement can prove it, too. ziply fiber started sending me bill asking $60 in April as "balance forward" without reason, and when I didn't pay ziply, and still kept talking with ziply customer service and my credit card, ********************** asked a debt collect company to collect the money. I was forced to pay $60 because that company threated to damage my good credit record. I felt that was insult and harassment to me, not just by the debt collection company, also was by ziply. That's why I made the BBB review of ziply.Please see attached.***************************************************

      Horrible customer service. I cancelled my phone, and the next day my internet was turned off. It is 3 days later and still no internet. I have spoken with multiple people, and each time I am told that "tomorrow the service will be back on". No one is competent to do their jobs at ziply.

      Multiple times I have needed to contact ziply for either connection issues or billing questions. Every phone call they end up "loosing connection" or not being able to help restore there services.They had even created a 2nd account on my house that should bot have exsited and could not resolve for over 3 months. Leaving us without internet. The customer service hours are quite ridiculous and they are near impossible to get ahold of....be ****!!!

      I've had Ziply's 1 Gig fiber internet service for more than 6 months now. I don't use their phone or TV service (which I think they are no longer offering on new installations.)Service has been excellent. **** is simple with no BS charges. No data caps. Service has been 100% reliable and very fast. I've previously had ******* at this location for > 10 years and I love the cost savings for a better service.Taking one star off because the fiber install process can be improved. Getting the fiber installed to the home involved missed appointments and the run around from the contractor laying the fiber on Ziply's behalf. Once fiber was laid, everything has been great.

      I have been without internet for a week. I have made two separate appointments for technicians to come to my home and check to see what the issue is, and I have been ghosted both times. Disappointed is an understatement, as my wife and I both work from home.

      Please be aware. You'll never be able to close an account once you open one. It took me nearly two months four phone calls to close an account and when I actually did close, next thing I know, they opened a new account two days after it was closed with new account number without my consent and authorization and billed me $180+. Surprisingly, they can't even tell me who or how it was opened. What a scam.....

      Terrible service. customer service and technical. The call center people I talk to in *************** are very polite and kind, unfortunately they do not have anyone to pick up where they left off. The call usually takes 45 minutes with lots of "thank you's and we appreciate your business".all nice words but no action on service. My phone and internet both have issues. I ended up just cancelling completely. I gave it one star because there isn't an option to leave no stars!

      Tried Ziply on a free 30 trial. Cancelled it after 5 days and sent there equipment back. There phone staff played the disorganized game and couldnt find where and when I was hooked up. Then they found it after 20 min and said I was cancelled as I had requested. They sent me an email with directions on how to return there equipment via **** This part worked fine. A month and a half later I get a **** saying I owe them for service. I explained the facts and they have no record of me canceling and cant check on the equipment that was returned. I asked them to check to see if they would check to confirm no activity had taken place and they can confirm I was not using the service. They said they cant do that. Hmmm. I asked to confirm they received there equipment and they cant do that. So after all the whining and complaining about this poor disorganized borderline criminal organization Im going to pay there fees i did not incur. My advice, if you have any others choice, dont use Ziply.

      Ziply's customer service is terrible. Two different customer service agents promised me promotional pricing that would be in effect for a year, and two months later, started billing me at a higher price. After multiple calls to customer service and requests for a supervisor to call me (with no return call), Ziply continues to **** me at the higher price. Some of their customer service agents are very poorly trained & don't seem to know what they're doing, the company does not honor the pricing that their customer service agents promise, and the company appears to have no intention to honor their promises nor correct their mistakes. We also had an issue with the installation tech not showing up when scheduled. If we had other good choices for Internet providers ********* no thank you), I would change providers immediately. It's unfair & frustrating that consumers have limited choices and have to deal with a company with such poor service and lack of integrity.
