      I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET FIBER INTERNET. I DID HAVE DSL UNTIL THEY SHUT IT OFF YESTERDAY BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THINKS I HAVE ********************** FOR THE SECOND TIME.I HAVE SCHEDULED THIS SERVICE TWICE NOW, WITH NO FIBER AND NO DSL.I HAVE CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 6/23, 6/25, 6/30, 7/20 AND 7/26. AND THEY CANT RESOLVE THIS.I PAY FOR A SERVICE I EXPECT IT TO BE WORKING. AND BY THE WAY NOW MY DSL IS BUFFERING WHICH IT NEVER HAVE BEFORE UNTIL I TRIED TO GET FIBER.I WAS ON THE ***** WITH THEIR TECHNICAL, THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SWITCH ME BACK TO DSL BILLING WHICH THEY CANT. THEN I WAS TRANSFERRED BACK TO TECHNICAL FOR THEM TO TELL ME IT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. MIND YOU I WAS ON THE ***** FOR OVER AN HOUR WITH THEM TO TELL ME THE SAME THING THAT THEY TOLD ME BEFORE.THE INSTALLER ARRIVED AT MY HOME TO INSTALL THE FIBER, HE THOUGHT HE WAS OUT TO DO A REPAIR. THATS WHEN HE SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT TO INSTALL AND DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL RECEIVE SO HE LEFT, HAD MY INTERNET THAT DAY AND THE NEXT BUT WHEN I RETURNED HOME ON MONDAY IT WAS OFF.

      I have been having issues with Ziply **** pay online. I enter my information and click the PAY button and get a message stating "There are errors with the information I have entered" I check my information and click PAY again only to have the same message appear. After contacting customer service I find out that my payment was processed the first time and the second time I clicked PAY. There was never a confirmation number or acceptance of payment. This is illegal business practices in my opinion. When I make a payment it should be recognized the first time. This has been happening for a few months now. When I try to look at my past payment history it shows that I don't have a payment history so there is no way for me to verify if a payment has been made.
