      My service ended with Ziply Fiber on March 20th and payment was removed automatically from my account in April. I called Ziply Fiber the following day 4/14 to have money refunded to my account as I live on a fixed income. I was told by ****** they were unable to put the money back into my account and that a check would be sent. And given confirmation numbers. I called again on 5/5 and told the check was sent April 23rd and should arrive May 7th-14th. I called again 5/26 and was told to call a different number about a wire card. And that Ziply was not involved anymore. I called and talked with **** on 5/26. He stated they received the claim on May 23rd and should receive a card in 7 - 10 business days. Ziply Fiber should have never taken the money out of my account a month after service ended. And I should never have been given the run around to get my money back. I would never recommend Ziply fiber to anyone. **************** has been a joke.

      The 2 times that I have contacted Ziply, the customer service ***** have most helpful, answered my questions and resolved the issue I contacted them about. Most recently I questioned the increase in my monthly charge & the *** was able to offer a discount & further advised me that if this happened in the future to not hesitate to call back & they would check for additional discounts. Awesome! This would never be the case with Spectrum. I love Ziply! Keep up the great work.

      Ziply worked in my neighborhood for months. I found them to be very easy to be around,and to communicate with. Any problem was always mitigated quickly.
      The representatives I talked to were top notch. I am sorry to hear when people are angry about being inconvenienced and write bad reviews. My review is honest and comes from experience. I'm still on the fence about changing over but based on what I've seen, I'm sure I will.

      My monthly bill almost doubled after my first year, but I was able to contact customer service and they lowered my bill back to its original rate and credited my account for the overcharge. The customer service **** ****** was very friendly and helpful

      I have had the same phone number for over 46 years and never missed a payment. After Ziply quit sending the bill to me by the ***************** and going on line paying, that is when everything went bad. They saved a few cents on paper and postage and made even more money charging late fees brought on by the system they changed to. Because my business needs the land line, i thought about selling it off because of this.

      Been with them before they were Ziply. This Company beats out ALL internet providers, especially their customer service. very short wait time, very polite representatives and superfast wifi. when a tech is needed they are quick, patient and prompt (as in very little wait time) and when I have needed a tech to my residence, they were here the very next day fixing my issue (which has only happened maybe twice in 6 yrs) I HIGHLY recommend Ziply. They are also understanding of hardships and work with their customers. in my opinion they are loyal to their customers, so I am loyal to them. Very fair priced as well!!

      Ziply has started to install their system in our area, but has caused so many problems for the homeowners that the City of ********* has suspended their right-of-way permit. They are only allowed to do restoration work for the damage they have done. I complained in Late January and they have still not fixed their drainage ditch mess in front of my house, continually making promises but not following through. ***************************************************************************************************************************

      No, I have already contacted you at that email address twice before. Its now up to the city to decide whether your latest work is satisfactory for the stormwater control, and Im waiting to see if you are going to replace the destroyed plants.
