      I contacted Ziply Fiber with a question about my internet service and got prompt and reliable information. I hate talking to recordings, but theirs was quick, responsive, and to the point. I quickly reached a representative who answered all my questions. Very satisfied!

      I a very positive experience with customer service. My call was dropped three times, which was frustrating, but all three of the service **** I talked to were excellent!

      Since they replaced Frontier, Ziply's phone/fiber infrastructure has performed near 100% 'up-time'.They have excellent customer service and tech representatives in both their residential and business support departments. Wait times are short, and personal assistance is thorough.Their **** explained some recent billing errors, made every effort to correct them and reversed all fees associated with these **************'s a plus to deal with friendly, knowledgeable people. Thanks again!

      Our phones were provided by ******** until without any notice Ziply Fiber took over. this was in the early 2010's. They told us they would be installing fiber optics which would reduce our monthly bills. A few years later, after they had been regularly increasing the bill, they did install the fiber optic lines in our neighborhood, but they did not bring it to our house. They had no reason for doing this that they would explain to me. So the bill continues to be increasing until it is now more than twice the amount we paid when they first took over. They were late getting the December bills out, but they sent an email saying we would not be charged late fees for this, but they did it anyway. For the past few years they have been trying to get us to use their autopay system instead of the paper bills. I have let them know that I do not trust this company to have access to my bank account. This company has caused me unmeasurable stress and countless hours trying to deal with their customer service to fix all of the problems they have caused me-sometimes I think it is not mistakes. I want the BBB and other people to know what kind of business Ziply Fiber is . I am stuck with them because they are the only landline service in our area.
