  I have been a customer for over a year. The product has never been an issue, but their customer service is extremely poor. You will not get any answers for 48-hrs. If you call, they say they have to call someone else and will update you once they receive an answer. Terrible

  ******** was excellent in helping me navigate the order process. She went above and beyond - she was responsive when I asked her to cancel an order after I discovered my bodys poor response to that particular supplement. It takes time to receive the first order - more than a week - but her reassuring communication really helped.

  These people sent me a bogus product. Charged me ****** for the privilege. They refused to stand by their product or give me a refund. I believe that's the definition of fraud. This is not a company you want to do business with. Their customer service is extremely poor if you have a problem but ok as long as they are taking your money. I ordered replacement product from ******* pharmacy. It worked exactly as it should. Same product from Invigor was worthless. Do your research before you buy. Don't be taken like I was.

  ****** was amazing! Not only did she make my new order a breeze, but she also fixed a problem with my prior order, that was holding up shipment. She was kind, upbeat, courteous, and quick! 4 stars for sure!?? Thank you!

  I just received a text from Invigor Medical, asking what my goals were with my medication. That is a differentiator for Invigor Medical that sets them apart from any other company. When I responded I was pleased to find out there was actually a live person named ***** on the other end, and not a bot. Invigor Medical sent me an email with a link to a podcast, another differentiator for them. The mindset behind their marketing, there pricing, and their service is beyond compare. They are hands down better than four other companies that I've tried for my medication on all of the points that I've listed above. I give them five stars because they deserve it.

  Please be aware of this company, I enrolled in the Tirzepatide program and after 2 months they call me to tell me they no longer can provide tirzepatide so they wanted to force me to switch to Semaglutide to retain me as a customer. I called them and they have no clue when they will have the prescription they are offering, this shows this is a company with no accountability and are trying to force patients to take whatever prescription they have available instead. They did not offer any refunds, please choose another company that has accountability and availability, it is unfair for the customer to enroll in a program and then they cannot provide the prescription they claimed they would offer for several months. They never warn patients that they will have shortages of the prescriptions they offer you, they never mentioned this in any of their clauses, I consider this as an unethical and unprofessional way of taking advantage of the customer who believes they are capable of supplying the prescription for which they enrolled in the first place.

  This company has kept me waiting for my prescription for close to 3 weeks now. They said there was an issue at the pharmacy but still charged my card. Im reporting them To the medical board and also the BBB today. You cant just stop shipping someones medicine abruptly. Its not safe. I also have called daily and texted my rep every day. I just keep getting told the same thing. You should Have it soon.

  Invigor switched pharmacies for my order, without informing me, after I had carefully vetted the original pharmacy. The one they switched my order to had been under investigation and found guilty of unethical and unlawful practices in the past. Invigor refused to refund my purchase and, sure enough, I was contacted by the new pharmacy, Tailor Made, and told to discard the medication I had paid for through Invigor because they were, again, under investigation! Fortunately, as I had told Invigor, I did not take the medication because I didn't trust the pharmacy. Invi got has no regard for a patient's health and safety, only for their sales.

  I just opened a dispute with my bank to recover funds from this business. After multiple unanswered calls and emails, I am at my wit's end. It has been a month since I first placed a $400 order and no one has given me an answer on when I should receive my order. They've literally stolen my money and refused to provide me with a cancelation or refund process.

  I ordered compounded semaglutide from this company starting in March of this year. At first there was a month's delay in getting the prescription with absolutely no communication from the company which was alarming. However they changed to a different pharmacy and the monthly deliveries have been prompt and painless ever since. The packaging is discreet and the ice packs keep everything cold until I am home from work in the evenings, even with 90 degree summer heat. The medication is working as promised. I am now very pleased with their service and I plan to continue with them long term.
