      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Bee & Co, located in the ******************* in *******, *******, regarding a recent experience involving high-pressure sales tactics, lack of transparency regarding return policies, and a denied refund.On June 10th, 2025, I was approached by a sales associate at Bee & Co who engaged in persistent and aggressive sales techniques. Despite my discomfort and repeated hesitation, I was pressured into purchasing a product totaling $3,000. At no point during the transaction was I informed that the sale would be final. It was only after payment was processed that the receipt I was handed stated Final Sale.Within 48 hours of the purchase, I returned to the store to request a refund, explaining that:The item is completely unopened and unused.I was not informed about a no-return policy before purchasing.I cannot afford this item and felt coerced into the transaction.The staff refused my request, citing the "final sale" printed on the receiptinformation that was never verbally disclosed prior to payment.This experience has caused significant distress, and I believe it constitutes an unfair business practice, particularly under Ontarios Consumer Protection Act, 2002, which protects consumers against misleading and aggressive sales tactics.I am seeking a full refund of $3,000. I have also filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario and am prepared to pursue a credit card dispute should this not be resolved amicably.I respectfully ask that the BBB review this case and encourage Bee & Co to issue a refund in good faith and revise their sales practices to ensure transparency and fair treatment of customers.Please let me know if any further documentation is required.       I was pressured in buying products of lotion and empire tech wand for face. This is a switch and bait experience. Lotion gave me a rash on my face and made my face red and wand made my face numb. While at the store, these things did not happen. I told the merchant and he said the reason I was having these problems is because I get ***** which I did not. Merchant was not willing to resolve. These products are not safe for my health.

      On Friday March 14 I was approached by a man in ******************** with a sample of eye cream. I sat down and he applied it. I did see a difference so I purchased that. Then he took me to their "Spa" where he had another man do some other thinks to my face. I was running late for an appointment but they were very aggressive. As it turns out I was coming down with the flu so my head was pounding. Against my better judgement, and I am not proud of it, I caved and purchase what shows on my receipt as 6 products...however that "gave" me 5 of those free but charged me 4900 for the device. As it turns out I I found when I got home I only have 4 boxes in the bag. They promised me 6 free facials and scheduled one which I attempted to reschedule via the text they sent me. No confirmation. The also promised detailed instructions by Friday night on how to use the products. I have received nothing. You can see the rest in the emails I sent them. I am willing to eat the first purchase but the rest of the products have not been opened. I financed them and have made no payments. I would simply like to return these in completely new condition and cancel the finance plan. They prey on older people. I am 67 years old and suffer from PTSD after the death of my husband in a motorcycle crash that I was in as well an he died in my arms. I am sick over this! Thanks for anything you can do. I will also file a complaint with the WA Attorney General. I know I am not the only one out there who has been scammed

      January 10th 2025, the first charge of $4,891.50 was for the hand held wand that would target small areas on your face to repair collagen, showing pictures of before and after. then was told a specialist was here for a limited time and he was willing to see me. **** told me for $900 more he would sell me the whole body scan machine (infrared) that was displayed at the shop for a limited time offer to help with my chronic pain. Showed me a list of all the ailments it would help. The first purchase would be credited but could take up to 3 days to post. When I went to leave he said it (body scan) was in storage and to come back Sunday to pick up. Gave me a slip with his number on it. When I get their they said they were going to mail it, but I never talked about a delivery and that the first charge would take 3 days to show up as a credit. Then I said I wanted a refund because they are lying about too many things and was told they are not authorized to give refunds. The second charge was for the whole body machine of $5,326.30. The credit card statement never showed a credit of $4,891.50 so I filed a dispute of charges. I never left with any of the product I am being charged with and they lied saying I have it. They stated I never reached out to them and that I was aware of the no refund policy but I am not returning anything because I don't have the merchandise and just wanted them to credit back all the charges. They are hustlers and took advantage of me. I was willing to give the product a try but instead got swindled out of a lot of money. I hope this will help someone else not get taken advantage of in the future. I hope ***, *** and **** are enjoying the money they stole from me.

      Date: January 5, 2025 Amount: $4600.00 Problem: The sales person was dishonest about the ingredients in the products. I was told the person giving me a "complimentary facial" was a "licensed skin care specialist" who was only there for a limited time but it turns out they are just an average sales person. I was told several times I could refund the products if I was not satisfied. I tried to refund the UNUSED products in the store but they are now telling me I need to keep them for 6 months before I can try returning them. I do not want these products, because they sold them to be under false pretenses and lied to me. I want the refund I was promised I could get.

      Nov 7, 2024 Bee & Co gave me a free skin product demo on my face, under my eyes. It worked after about 10 minutes to soften wrinkles, was told to use once a week.I purchased product. Cost $292.40 In evening of Nov ****** started having severe allergic reaction to product in eyes and nose At noon of Nov 8, 2024 took unopened new product back to Bee & Co asked for refund.Was told they would not refund, pointed out at bottom of receipt no refund policy. Was told to contact manufacturer. Contacted manufacturer, ********, explained issue and was told, refund policy was up to selling shop I have new, unopened product in my possession
