  I have nothing but good things to say about CMS Relocation and Logistics, as well as United Van Lines they are an agent for. I had a cross-country move originating in *******, ** and the ************ was simply awesome, handling everything extremely professionally and putting my mind at ease right away. It was a large move in the $8k range, and so much work I couldn't believe how the crew of two guys (Bastri and *****) got through it as quickly yet carefully as they did. I had a lot of odd-sized boxes and Bastri masterfully fit them into the truck like a perfectly assembled jigsaw puzzle with no gaps. He probably could have been an architect modeling everything in his head as he did to geometrically fit everything together. My CMS move coordinator **** did a great job timing everything and being my main point of contact, including helping me schedule a crating service for some of my more fragile items (******* from the crating service did an excellent job as well and I highly recommend him). The bottom line is, when you're doing a big move, you need reputable professionals you can trust. Just the reduced personal stress is worth paying a little more (though I think I was charged an extremely reasonable and competitive price for the size of my move). United Van Lines is well known and huge. They bring with them all the other professionals you need to get the job done right, such as CMS. If I ever move a long distance again, I have absolutely no doubt I will use United Van Lines and CMS!

  Used CMS Relocation and Logistics to move our elderly parents into assisted living and couldn't have picked a better company. They came out and gave an estimate and stuck with the estimate for everything. They kept all appointments and called ahead to tell us where they were. The office person also called during the move to check on how it was going. The crew was so professional and wrapped all the furniture very well. No damage to any furniture. There were a couple of boxes that we packed ourselves that had two broken items but nothing they packed. Would definitely recommend this company!

  I have personally used CMS and ***************** for multiple cross country moves over the years. They have not all been straight forward moves and some actually complicated, yet **** has always made them go off without a hitch. On a professional level, I have referred their services to many clients over the years. A move is stressful thing, and the immense weight **** and her team take off your shoulders is unparalleled.

  I have used CMS moving several times now and recently hired them again. From ****** meeting to provide the quote, ***************** scheduling the move, and the two movers that worked extremely hard the day of the move, they are great to work with from start to finish. They make a stressful (and emotional) time flow as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend using them and have already recommended them to several other friends who I know will be moving in the next couple of years. Thanks again CMS!

  We used CMS while we were remodeling our house. They picked up our furniture and kitchen things, stored them, and brought them back. I was very pleased with CMS. They were professional and organized. In addition to furniture, we had 26 boxes. They had them inventoried with numbers and it was easy to account for everything as it was brought back in. I will thank the person that recommended CMS. I have open most of the boxes and there is no damage so far.

  This my 4th time using CMS relocation services in the last 9 years and every time has been awesome. They take their time carefully wrapping all the furniture in blankets. The crews I have had for on load and off load have been great! Very professional and polite. **** my coordinator at the office was always there to take care of any concerns that came up and resolved them quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use this company again when and if we move in the future. Thanks everyone at CMS for a great job.

  These guys are awesome! Would highly recommend for friends, family, and will definitely use them if I move again!They moved me twice in the last 3 months; out of my old house into storage and then 3months later out of storage into my new house. Professional, friendly, worked really hard, did everything to my perfect expectations! Really couldnt have asked for a better move. I had ***, *****, and ***** the first time around and ******, ***** and ***** on the second move. Would recommend asking for *** and his team, or ****** and his teamtheir excellent!The crew at the office was wonderful too; *** on sales and setup, and **** on admin and customer service.Go with this ********************** Company, you wont regret it!*********************

  We were very pleased with our decision to use CMS and United Van Lines for our cross country move from ********** State to *******. ***************** was our coordinator and did a fine job staying in touch with ** during the process. All items were delivered without damage and the moving teams on both sides of country were professional and easy to work with.

  We chose to go with CMS for our cross country move based on reviews we read on the BBB. We regret it. Initially we had a video chat with our moving coordinator who quoted us for needing 4 crates. We discussed selling several items (sectional couch, kitchen table, wine cabinet) to reduce the amount of crates needed. Before our move, our coordinator agreed that after selling so much stuff we likely would not need all 4 crates but he refused to change the # on our contract. He stated we would be refunded for anything we didnt use. Issues on moving day:1. Movers expected us to move all of our stuff to our garage ahead of time. 2. We were told to pack ****************** into dresser drawers to save space with boxes.. when the moving crew arrived, they said that is not allowed and they proceeded to pack these items in large wardrobe boxes. (later on arrival we found out that each box was 1/2 full of wrapping paper.. to protect pillows? 2-3 pillows in each large wardrobe box.)3. The crew took our medium & large boxes from ********** put them into larger boxes. I still do not fully understand why they did this but it resulted in costing us more box space and extra expenses for the boxes. 4. The movers damaged several walls in our house including a floor board that was so severely damaged that it delayed us putting our house on the market. 5. We were also not aware of this ahead of time but the movers came with a large truck and then packed all of our stuff into the crates at a warehouse the following day. We were not able to see how the crates were packed. The movers told us they predicted we only needed 2 and at most 3 crates. The following day we were made aware that all 4 crates were used (the 4th crate was 1/2 full). We contacted our moving coordinator and he told us, quote: the boxes generated from the crew resulted in 28 sq ft of floor space and well over 3/4 of an additional crate volume.   I would not consider this a miscommunication, rather poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend doing business with CMS, they made our already stressful move even more stressful. The management was extremely difficult to work with. Do not spend the extra money to go with this company, it is not worth it.
