      We purchased a New 2023 Jayco Melbourne Motorhome from Valley RV Supercenter on 6-24-2023. The "Build Sheet" included an option - "Customer Value Package". The option "Customer Value Package" was only partially included. The ************************** was completely missing from the Motorhome. The ************************** was touted all over in the Jayco sales brochures as being a high tech system in the Melbourne Motorhome and this is something that really sold us on this Motorhome!I have tried repeatedly with Valley RV, my Salesman ***** ****, Assistant Manager **** *****, Manager ***** ****** and the ****************** *** ******** to get this resolved. I even emailed ********************** and a "Lead Technician"(**** ********) emailed me back! **** ******** stated that per the Build Sheet, my Motorhome has the ************************** installed at the Factory. **** even sent me a PDF File with the **** Owner's Manual to help operate the System! **** insisted the System is in my Motorhome and stated there is nothing JAYCO can do to help us! The Sales Manager, ***** ******, told me that Jayco says the ************************** is not compatible with my Mercedes Chassis! So basically they are telling us that there is nothing Jayco or Valley RV will do to help us. Also, the Service Advisor mentioned that he has seen this same situation with at least 50 other Customers this Year!I have researched this on the ******** Website and found a solution which I shared with *** ********(Valley Service). ******** offers an upgrade for the "Sprinter Chassis" called the ***** System". The list of features reads just like the ***** Infotainment Center!We hope after 16 months of going around with everybody this can be settled amicably with Valley RV Supercenter!Thanks,******* *****

      Re: Jayco Redhawk VIN: *****************. Purchased May 27, 2022. I took possession of the unit on June 1st. I invested in this coach in good faith paying $111,000.00 and it has been unusable for one reason or another for two months. The dealership has stalled, and or, simply been unwilling to look at it or make the repairs. They offered me one "wait appointment" which conflicted with my schedule. A couple of weeks later (July 22nd) they also discouraged me from leaving the unit there due to theft issues on the lot. When I said I wanted them to do it anyway, they said they could not do it for another two weeks which would have been August 11th.I have had the coach for two months and not gotten the service done.Issue 1: On June 6th I discovered that the Onan generator was not working. The fuel pump and filter were replaced by ******* in ******, ** on July 22nd. They determined that it was damaged by contaminants in the fuel tank. Their recommendation was that the tank be drained and cleaned out.Issues 2: In mid June I noticed a foul odor coming from the bathroom when I was driving the coach. Though I brought this to the service department's attention June 17th, it has never been assessed or repaired. The only information I was given was that it was probably normal and that it was not a venting issue. The sewer gases are toxic and unsanitary. Issue 3: I paid over $900 for a MaxxFan to be installed in the bedroom and instead they accidentally put it in the bathroom. They installed another similar fan in the bedroom instead of moving the original one. The one I paid for had a remote. The replacement does not. I agreed to this not knowing I cannot reach the controls unless the bedroom slide is out. Issue 4: The awning lights do not work. So no outside light at night.Issue 5: A ding in the passenger door which I addressed with them a couple of times since mid June.Issue 6: A rear storage compartment has the wrong tumbler so it cannot be locked.
