      I spent $145,000.00 on a brand new Jayco 26M RV on 04/23/2024. My first indication that this was a huge mistake is when I first departed the dealership and halfway home, I noticed an amber ****** light warning. I immediately called their service department and told them the name of the technician that performed the walk-through inspection (****). They informed me they would call me back. After three hours I called them back and reached a technician that told me to plug in my ELM car scanner and clear the error. My first thought was of course what is an ELM car scanner and why does this idiot think I have one. I actually have a car scanner now and have since cleared the error which was minor. Since then, I have found that my generator does not start and the air conditioner cools only for the first hour and is then useless. On my very first camping trip two of the four hubcaps fell off somewhere between ****** and ******************* campgrounds. Finally, when I went to get my sewer hose out of the storage bumper, I found it was missing. In conclusion for anybody purchasing an RV from these thieves be sure to actually open the storage bumper and make sure the sewer hose is in there. During the walk-through make sure the generator actually starts and runs for over two minutes. During my walk-through he just toggled the generator switch on and off to show me it starts but it never indicated a green running light. As far as the air conditioner goes you just have to plug your RV in at home and see if it actually cools the system. I did this and after a couple of hours I checked it out and it was 92 degrees inside and only 85 outside. Oh, and by the way they offer you a $2500.00 gift certificate for KLM campgrounds. I looked them up on the internet and they are just a huge timeshare rip-off yet their financial thief acts like it's a great deal. Beware everyone these people have absolutely zero integrity and no conscious.

      This business should not have a BBB sticker in the window, worst business and customer service.We bought a brand new jayco van 100,000$, it has a under warranty issue that ***** is supposed to fix, we brought our van to this dealership the end of July,to take care of the issue, our van is still sitting in the shop, it is now mid November, we have to call for updates, we leave messages, no one calls back, we have to show ** in person to get answers, no one knows how ling this will take, and no one has answers, we are expected to do our own research with the Jayco manufacturing,parts were shipped to this dealership, yet no one knows where they are,we will never return to this dealership nor recommend them on social media camping/rv sites.
