  Exceptional in every way, from the communication to the craftsmanship. We had extensive work done on the exterior of our 1950 home and everything looks better than I couldve imagined. We have been putting this work off for several years as it felt very daunting and Rain City Exteriors handled the complicated tasks with ease and professionalism. I recommend Rain City Exteriors without reservation.

  Rain City Exteriors brought my 80-year-old ************* home to life. Original siding was replaced with hardy plank. In addition, a 40-year-old addition to it had crumbling T-1-11 siding. I obtained five bids, but it was the referral from my as-built architect that endorsed Rain City which confirmed my desire to hire them. They have a crew of efficient, master ******. I asked for cedar shingles for the front of the home and that crew has a high level of master craftsmen as well, just gorgeous work. With new paint on the hardy plank, it's like a brand-new home. The hardy plank has not only added insulation from chilly outside but now is more fireproof. There are a lot of contractors to choose from but if you are looking for professional, reliable and fair bidding, give them a call and include them in your bidding process. You will be surprised at the variance of bids which makes it more challenging to assess who is offering a solid bid. Rain City came in the middle. Don't cheap out on your investment, time shows all flaws.

  We recently used ********* for new siding on our rambler. They were very professional, very communicative, clean, accurate, and fast. Their price wasn't the lowest but it wasn't the highest either. They did what they said they would do and followed through. Our house looks great, they gave a 5-year warranty on their work plus the product they used for our home has its own warranty, plus their employees are certified in installing the product. There was a small issue towards the end by no fault of anyone really, just an honest thing where a nail went through a hose bib pipe. They had been paid in full and done with the job, I called them, and they arranged a plumber to come where we all met and came up with a plan to remedy the situation. They had it fixed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our experience with RainCity, would definitely use them again.

  Rain City replaced our siding with ****** board, painted, and installed new windows. The work was completed quickly and the craftsmanship was excellent. Rain City's quote was significantly lower than the quotes we received from other siding companies and the final bill was exactly what was quoted. Highly recommend!

  Had rotten siding on two sides of my house replaced, insulation installed, and a gutter repaired when we determined it was a source of some rot. The folks at Rain City Exteriors were fast and professional. If I had questions or concerns, they were receptive to them. There were a few discrepancies between what I expected under the siding before they opened things up and what they found. They worked with me to ensure changes from these differences were resolved in a timely way. I would gladly work with them again and I highly recommend them.

  Rain City Exteriors was great. *** was the project manager and main point of contact once work was underway. He proved to be readily accessible and prompt in returning calls when not available. The crew did a meticulous job, not ******* their preparations and working diligently to get the project done right. I especially appreciated their willingness to uncover our operable windows at the end of each day so we could get some ventilation. And they willingly and readily returned for touch up and clean up well after we paid our final invoice. I will definitely look to work with Rain City Exteriors the next time I need painting to be done.

  ********* was great to work with. They always showed up on time and were fast and efficient. We had a leaky porch overhang that they fixed for no extra charge, and they also fixed a few other problem areas that werent added to the overall estimate. They were very fair on price and willing to help us with everything we needed for our insurance claim. I definitely would recommend Rain City Exteriors, they were an awesome crew!

  I had to get my house siding replaced because when my home was built they used that Masonite siding. My siding was absorbing water whenever it rained and in areas was actually crumbling. So I bit the bullet and got 3 or 4 bids for replacing it. I ended up choosing Rain City Exteriors out of ******** (raincityexteriors.com). In fact 4 of the 6 units in my small condo complex have had Rain City Exteriors replace their siding. All the residents are happy with the work.They provide a good product in being certified ****** Board installers. The crew boss, *******************, was always available via text, phone call, or email for any needed communication. I will recommend Rain City Exteriors for any residing or exterior painting jobs you may need doing.

  Rain City Exteriors cares for quality construction and customer satisfaction. Not only were they the only company willing to stain our exterior wood siding (as opposed to painting), but they also did an amazing job. Their crew was caring and competent, with attention to detail. We had previously hired them to re-roof and redo custom metal for our fireplaces, and they had done a very good job.We just booked our third job with them. Highly recommended.
