  Roof replacement. Rain City did an awesome job. I highly recommend! I would hire them again. This is my second experience working with them. They installed new gutters for us a few years ago. This time we needed a new roof. We went to bid and they again came in as the most reasonably priced. Throughout the job, they communicated clearly, shared pictures of the roof work from their rooftop camera, and cleaned the job site daily. 100% a pleasure to work with. Very professional from bid to job completion.

  PROS: work quality, knowledgeable and responsive estimation/sales team, quality of materials and detailed quote. CONS: project management - we got very few details from our project manager, no advance notice of planned work schedule or expectations and no updates during the work without me reaching out multiples times. This was especially frustrating since the work was done on a rental property and was somewhat extensive (roof replacement, gutters, and exterior power washing) and we were not onsite or able to keep our tenants informed. This was our second time working with Rain City and our first was a great experience on a much smaller job on our own home, but the project management on this job makes it hard to wholeheartedly recommend Rain City for larger jobs or ones where scheduling/timing is especially important.

  When I needed a small house siding job (replacement of several *********** painting), I had a difficult time finding a contractor. I called and sent emails to several contractors. The job was either too small or the estimate would be greatly embellished. Finally I got a hold of **** of Rain City Exteriors who went by the house and gave me a very reasonable estimate within a few days. They performed the work on the agreed upon date did it efficiently and professionally. Their worker, ******, was also very friendly and jovial. I would certainly hire Rain City Exteriors again because I give them high marks for honesty and integrity. Their willingness to accept my small job meant that they are not only concerned about their bottom line but are willing to ensure that their customers are satisfied.

  Rain City Exteriors did a wonderful job prepping and painting our 3 story commercial office building and their price was competitive and fair.They did what they said they were going to do. They were easy to work with, left the job site clean and neat every night, the owner or his rep were easily available on site or by phone. When the job was complete, they came by for a walk through and made sure we were happy with everything.I would use them again for sure!

  Rain City put on a roof , gutters and did exterior painting. Everyone we encountered throughout the process was professional , hard working and aimed to please. They did a marvelous job!

  We had a fantastic experience working with Rain City Exteriors. They painted the exterior of our home, stained our fence, installed a deck skirt and added flashing to one of our windows. We got three quotes and their pricing was right in the middle. Everyone we worked with from the initial consultation through the end of the project was friendly, professional and prompt with their communication. We love the way our home turned out and wouldn't hesitate to work with them for future projects.

  What a great experience. I was originally concerned about siding our house in the winter but Rain City made short work of the project. They worked literally **** to dark every day, rain or shine; they were they did a great job and the attention to detail was welcome. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend them

  ***** came out to fix a small issue with one of our gutters several months after a siding project that beautifully transformed our home. I cannot say enough about how polite and generous he was while he was here. He even cleaned out that corner of the gutters and removed an old tarp and bricks from our roof that I hadn't even known was there. If only every contractor so kindly went above and beyond!

  Rain City Exteriors did an awesome job finding a leak around a window, that two different roof and siding companies couldn't find where it was coming from. They replaced the window and the siding, and were super-efficient in keeping me informed of what they needed to do. They completely cleaned up and were super friendly to work with. I'll have them back for future jobs, definitely.

  We really loved all the work Rain City did to our home. From the siding to the paint everyone was super professional and friendly. They offer the best materials at great prices, 10/10 would recommend!
