In October, we contacted Rain City Exteriors about painting our home. Less than a week after we accepted the proposal and contract, the crew showed up and got started. Perhaps we were lucky about the extended dry weather this fall, but the speed of the project from start to finish was wonderful, as were all the personnel we dealt with: ***, who provided the estimate and excellent suggestions, ***, who managed our project, and the friendly crew of painters were all professional and easy to work with. They did an expert job, and the results were beautiful. We highly recommend this company.Rain City Exteriors

Great experience from beginning to end with Rain City. I used them for an outdoor roof beam project. They came out did an estimate and "walk Thru" and came back and completed the job. They provided me with a much need beam section. They re created the look, painted, sealed it all up. BRAVO. Found them in the ********* First Picks Book. I had a great experience with Rain City Exteriors. The replaced our roof and siding and repainted our whole house as well. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. I felt the work was high quality, timely, and the price was right on target. 4 starsWorkmanship was outstanding. There is a disconnect between ********** ************** and the workers. There is also a major problem with the language barrier since I dont speak Spanish and the crew didnt speak English.Review fromGeorge S

5 stars******* from Rain City gave me the Rain City Exterior estimate. He was very positive, was extremely proud of his companys reputation and told me Rain City could have my job started within two weeks and not the **** week waiting period from the other contactors. I was also quite pleased that Rain City could not only complete my siding job, but they could also paint my house. The siding crew, led my ***** were very efficient at removing the old siding and were quite good at the daily clean-up. When they installed the new siding (to include Azek plastic trim instead of the typical wood trim), I was constantly impressed by their work ethic, the pride they took in their work and their attention to detail.The paint crew, led by ****, also did an excellent job. I appreciated how Rain City had allowed the scaffoldings used by the siding crew to remain attached on two sides of my house to make it much easier for the painters to get to these high points. After painting, that crew also reattached all my exterior lights, utility boxes, my window shutters and also helped me to reattach a fence post to the side of my house so I could secure my back yard for my dogs. These guys were the best!From start to finish, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work completed and my decision to go with Rain City Exteriors. ****************
