I took my car to this location due to a close friend of a worker suggested it. They said transmission flush and within less than a week I had to take it back because it was unable to drive. After having a mechanic look at it it was brought to my attention they had filled it almost 2 quarts over the manufactures guidelines for fluid.

Nature of Dispute: Faulty products and poor technical service
    Midas located at **** ******* ****** *** ****** ** ***** **************.

The team at this location replaced the rear left caliper, the rear right caliper, the left ceramic pads, the right ceramic pads, the left disk brake rotors and the right disk brake rotors on May 26, 2023, at a cost of $1,011.69.
Within two (2) months of Midas’ work on our vehicle (on July 21, 2023), our Mazda 3 showed a brake light warning. We took our vehicle to the ******* ***** dealership to determine the issue and after inspection the technicians found that the rear brake hose had not been reconnected properly. As a result, we had to pay for it to be replaced to ensure safe operations of our vehicle. This was a cost of $427.96 (before taxes).
Then within only three (3) months and only 3,000 miles after Midas’ work on our vehicle (on August 24, 2023), the brake warning light showed again and the vehicle was leaking brake fluid on our driveway (I have a picture). We took our vehicle to the ******* ***** dealership again. Mazda technicians inspected the vehicle and found that the left rear caliper that Midas replaced in May had a failed seal and much of the brake fluid had leaked out. The product was faulty.

These repeated issues arose from work performed at MIDAS, and resulted in the vehicle not being safe to drive to our driver/passengers and to others on the road.

Im an active duty service member who has been taken advantage of. I took my vehicle to the local Midas because the oil pressure light came on. I spoke with the tech/manager (****) and they said they could put it on a machine and tell me exactly what was wrong for a service fee. They conducted the diagnostic and said that it was the oil pressure sending unit. They changed it and this didnt fix the problem. They lied and said the problem was fix. Upon getting my vehicle I took it back and they said it was the oil pump. They replaced it and said it was fix. It wasnt. I took it back to them and they said the engine was bad. They replaced the engine and said that I had a 1 year ***** mile warranty. The vehicle has been misfiring every since I got it back. I have taken the vehicle back to them over 12 times and they still havent fixed it. They also recanted and said that I only have a 90 day warranty.
