    Around the first week of August 2024 I brought my gun in the have it cerokoted at kp gun works. They told me that it would take 2-3 weeks. I said okay. I paid them ******* dollar deposit and waited 3 weeks when I reached back out to them. They had no update. Called again a week later with no update. I have called every week almost since and have no update. I talked to them last Friday and told them Id like my gun back and the deposit I paid. They said they couldnt do that. Tried calling again today during business hours and no response. Its been 3 months since Ive brought the gun in. Part of me thinks they lost or stole it at this point.

    THIS DISPUTE WAS ALREADY SETTLED IN PERSON BY THE CUSTOMER. 

    THE FIREARM WAS NEVER LOST OR STOLEN. ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LAWS WERE FOLLOWED WHILE MAINTAINING POSSESSION OF THE FIREARM, AND IT WAS SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AFTER HE CAME TO THE STORE. ONE OF THE PHONE CALLS WITH THE CUSTOMER WAS CUT SHORT DUE TO THEM ANGRILY HANGING UP ON ME AND I WAS UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE THAT IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR HIM TO COME BACK IN AND GET IT. I CALLED BACK AND EVEN LEFT A VOICEMAIL AT THIS TIME. 

    CUSTOMER RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FOR DEPOSIT PUT DOWN FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED, AND FIREARM LEFT WITH THE ORIGINAL OWNER.

    I am rejecting this response because: you guys never left me a voicemail. I made no less then 20 phone calls to your store over the period of ***** months and one of the last calls was you guys saying that you could not give me the gun back because you didnt know what kind of condition it was in and was probably down to bare metal for the cerakoting process. You are bald face lying and you guys know it. You guys dont return phone calls and you dont handle business well at all. It wasnt until a couple days ago after no phone calls back like you guys told me you would do that I went into the store and was given my firearm back finally uncompleted. You guys had the audacity to tell me that I didnt choose a color and thats the reason you didnt complete the job. this was not the case and if it were, why wouldnt you guys have asked me what color i wanted on one of the 20 plus calls I made to you guys? You did not follow state laws as well. You never recorded any information about this transaction and you also never once checked my identification when dropping off the firearm or when I picked it up. Any one could have walked in to your shop and give them my name and you guys would have just handed it over with no questions asked? I think you guys should pay me for renting my gun for close to 4 months! You guys are liars and should not be in business.
