    13 May, I purchased a $75 gift card with Baby ***** Nail Bar for my wife through the website since the store was closed when I went by. There was no indication the store was not yet open. Upon trying to schedule an appointment to use the gift card, I was told they wouldn't be open until sometime in June. Last week, on 17 AUG, I tried following up to schedule her an appointment to use the gift card for her birthday and none of the numbers on the website worked. I drove to the store to try in person and the lady working there told me the store changed ownership since I bought the gift card and the former owner didn't tell her about the gift cards. She said she has had multiple people come in with them and the best she could do was give half price service at a loss to herself. She said the former owner didn't pass on the money from the gift cards and she couldn't/wouldn't honor the $75. She suggested I try to contact the former owner using the email address from the website. I simply wish for the money back or the gift card to be honored for its full value.
