      I had a problem with Classy Chassis Car Wash on *********************** in ******* **. When i first started going there years ago, their mechanical car wash broke a trim piece on top of the cab of my car. I didn't bring it to there attention. I replaced the part myself. From then on, I've tried to avoid using their mechanical wash and only use their touchless wash. Lately, most of the time, every one of their touchless car wash bays are simultaniously out of order. So I'm forced to use their mechanical wash or let the salt keep building up on my car. I can see where the spinning foam brushes hit the surface of my side mirrors as i go through. Those spinning foam brushes that wash the sides of the car, picked up debris and put four 1/2" - 1" **** ***** on both my side mirrors. I showed the manager and he denied that the spindels picked up debris and chipped the mirrors. Ive been driving for 27 years. I've never had chips on my side mirrors, untill after I recently could only use Classy Chassis's mechanical car wash. Ive had this car for 6 years and personally put a little over ******* miles on it in that time. I never had chips in the side mirrors untill a couple of weeks ago when i had to start using Classy Chassis's mechanical car wash regularly. All of the sudden, both mirrors have large **** *****. The manager at this store is being dishonest about the damage.

      I used this location many times when I bought my new car since I had a membership. It was obvious the last time I went that my rim was messed up and needed to be fixed. We were in contact for a little while for I filled a claim with them. I canceled my membership and they said they would send to be fixed. However I told them ***** said that my rim is a special one and can only be fixed by them. After telling class chassis that they never contacted me again. This needs to be resolved not ignored.

      Car wash machine says, $5 per wash," but actually charges $15 per wash. I ran the machine (4) times and should have been charged $20 total, but there are $60 total charges according to my bank.

      The mechanical error on equipment was acknowledged and refunds were processed back on August 13 or 14th.  He has not reached back out or emailed further concern or not receiving the refund.

      Hey I took my truck in to get a full Interior detail and *** they did was really bad there were spot that were not even touched there was not one spot the didnt have dirt on it. The customer service was terrible and so was the work

      I went to Classy Chassis car wash in ******** on 03/22/24 at 5pm and 2 young boys were running the car wash. They put my car through the wash at a high speed and it broke off my mirror. They have yet to contact me back and take responsibility for their error. One of the young boys statement to me that they were just talking about this incident occurring. I would highly caution anyone going through as they have no management on the premises and consistently have young kids working the car wash with no supervision.

      ************** visited our site on 3/22/24, and after going through the car wash she told a staff member that her mirror had broken. Per our standard procedure, she was asked to submit an incident report with the details so a qualified manager could investigate further, and that it would take up to 3 weekdays days for an update.

      After careful review of the footage, it was determined that the mirror was broken by an equipment malfunction, and that Classy Chassis would cover the replacement. We notified ************** that we would be ordering a replacement mirror, as well as taking care of the installation for her.

      It took a little while for the replacement mirror to arrive, but we were very communicative with ************** the entire time, and kept her updated so she knew that we hadnt forgotten about her mirror.

      Her mirror arrived on 4/9/24, and our site manager called her and scheduled a time for her to come to the car wash for her install. 

      The mirror install was completed on 4/12/24 by our site manager and maintenance manager, and ************** indicated that she was very happy with the results.

      I came into the location on Center to cancel my membership in September. I'm still being charged for it. I want my membership canceled and a refund from September onward

      We went to Classy Chassis in Lakewood on Feb 20, 2023 for a shampoo and shine service. Our car interior was dirty with sand, dirt and coffee stains on the seats and floorboard which is the reason we wanted a PROFESSIONAL and effective cleaning! We spent 115 dollars on this SAME DAY service, which is a lot of money for a middle class person to spend for little to no return. We did not expect miracles here, we understood the condition of our car and just expected an improvement to current condition. In our minds the stains would mostly be removed since coffee is a water soluble liquid and using professional steam cleaning equipment is an effective tool! Our car was returned to us with seat and floor covers, which was a clever disguise for poor service. When we returned home to remove these paper covers, ALL stains were still vividly present , it was like nothing had been done at all. A lot of dirt was still on the floorboards and dust was still covering vents, dashboards, consoles, etc. In frustration I purchased a five dollar cleaning solvent to see if these stains were even removable- the stains came up IMMEDIATELY. It seems completely backwards for a in house cleaning to be more effective than a 120 professional service. We called Classy Chassis to ask for a refund for poor quality service and were very rudely denied. It was explained that a light service was made and we needed to spend 70 dollars more for a more effective service. Again we spent 5 dollars on a stain remover and lightly sprayed our seats, which then was resolved immediately. Im afraid of the service we would have received for 200 dollars. This company, specifically an employee named ******** supported their unethical service and tried very hard to pin the blame back on us. There seems to be NO experience or care for customer satisfaction. I have seen 10 other complaints about this company and HOPE that there is some resolve from the 11th complaint. This company needs to be assessed if it should still be in business for the sake of future customers.

      It is very unfortunate the customer came in asking for interior detailing and if they could do without an appointment.  Our Manager reviewed the vehicle anc condition.  She explained that it needs deep cleaning and our Professional detailing was by appointment.  He said he needed some cleaning now, she said our express service is a light surface cleaning but can help.  He agreed to these services and upon completion was shown vehicle, reviewed, seemed satisfied and left.  It was not until the later another person spouse possibly, was upset with service and quality.  Our manager tried to explain the differences and that the customer chose this avenue.  She tried to do this while being interrupted and yelled at.  *** services were fully completed as express services and with the condition were done wll for that level of service.  *** professional dep cleaning would have been much more for condition and tax and not been with in the time he wanted.  She tried to explain and work with her, but it was not recieved openly.

      What is "Unfortunate" is that this business has repeatedly proved that it does not have ANY ethics in customer service or value it at all. The reply once again proved that to their own demise!

      Regardless if this service was done same day or by appointment the type of cleaning done was insufficient for the price **** dollars, which is what the complaint was about! Sadly, that went over someones head. 

      Again, the "light" cleaning included wiping down some surfaces but left dirt and dust everywhere on consoles, seats and floors- look at the pictures. Comparatively it was like  someone spent five minutes dusting and then said "DONE, you owe me 115 dollars for the INCONVENIENCE of serving you  same day."

      Sadly this is not a first time complaint for this company for POOR workmanship with the addition of POOR customer service. The general public has given this company 3 stars out of 5 on several different review sites, where complaints have gone unresolved or have been met with the similar deflection.

      Customer reviews speak volumes ! More than 10 complaints issued to the *** for the same poor ethics- Speaks Volumes.

      It is saddening when employees that represent a company chose toxic behaviors such as minimizing customer distress, gaslighting , deflecting the blame and or shifting it on to the customers. We are the ones who continue or NOT continue to give you business. 

      Its saddening when employees of said company, use repetitive argument tactics and then are not well received by the customer. The responses this company "claims" to have been met with,  is called not putting up with narcissistic tactics, which a customer should not be met with.

      The MAIN point of all of this , is that there was absolutely ZERO mention of resolve,  which is the difference between a good company and a terrible company.

      Drive thru carwash that charges your card for the wash you pick and after charging you it does absolutely nothing. No lights to continue forward, no buzzing or beeping, nothing happens at all. Theres also no warning signs stating the machine is out of service. All the company does is call and pretend they will refund you but nothing ever happens. This has now happened to me 2 times, and the first time was never resolved. Yet the representative that contacted me mentioned she remembered my name from a few months back. Please help me make sure these people stop scamming local citizens 1 wash at a time.

      While the Wash is ************* we were not able to determine why his service did not function properly.  We do have a customer VM and this process was followed up with, but it takes time and customer was contacted and refunded for this and was taken care of...

      In the month of June my daughter had her car in for an oil change. After a few days she called me and stated the car was running funny, making noises. A few days later the check engine light came on. We immediatly called *** on South Tac Way to have the 2020 *** **** checked. Appts we're about 3 weeks out. ****** took her car in and was called to let her know that whoever did her oil change failed to put parts back into place. ****** had to pay over ****** for labor to correct Classy Chassys mistake. I notified them immediately. My daughter spoke to a manager and submitted paperwork. He chuckled and stated" HA HA THIS IS A FIRST" I do not find humor in this st all. We have been going to Classy Chassy for years. This is not the first time an incompetent machanic has messed up. My daughter and I have left numerous emails, voicemails to other locations also. No one returns our calls. ****** is asking to be refunded her out of pocket costs for their negligence. This could have ended much worse. Thank goodness my daughter was pro active and took her car in.Thank You *******************************

      Vehicle in for pest control (flea treatment) and full service deep cleaning on July 22nd Service said to be complete and paid for July 30th. Upon inspection, fleas seen surrounding back seat floor bolts, under back seats, and one flea was moving on driver side floor. Service woman took car back in possession for 2nd flea treatment and another cleaning and said they would call when completed. Call was received Wednesday August 3rd, and returned Thursday August 2nd. Clerk attempted to sell additional oil change service and reported that the car was being vacuumed. She told me that she would contact me after speaking to attendant and did not. August 10th inquiry made about the status of my vehicle and clerk said that they had been attempting to contact me daily for over a week. Phone records do not indicate attempt of contact was made. Upon pickup of car, residue remained on DVD player (ceiling) with finger **** made during previous inspection (was not cleaned). Where there were no fleas before, more were found: in a cluster under back seats, around seat bolts, and driver side floor under paper floor mat placed by cleaning service workers. I have every reason to believe that a 2nd treatment/cleaning was never done.
