      We own a sprinter van with a wheelchair lift. It requires hand washing as the height is too tall for any car washes. We asked for detailing as well. One associate came and asked if my keys had ever been stuck in my slider door. To get the keys out, they had to take my handle off. This took over 45 minutes. The door itself no longer shut. The staff did something wrong and messed up my slider door adjustment. I was with with my son who needs to wheelchair ramp and after 2.5 hours there, i had asked if they knew a shop i could take the van to get slider adjusted. There was one suggested. I went, it seemed adjusted, until i arrived home. The ramp doesnt clear the door like it used to. It literally rubs on it as the ramp comes down. The management and several people are aware of our situation and not one person has reached out to fix the problem. I ended up paying $305 total to get the slider adjusted properly. Its completely unacceptable that their business takes absolutely no responsibility for a situation such as this.

      Terrible!!! Avoid at all costs!I paid for the detail 3 package, the package that supposedly includes just about everything. some parts were cleaned but many parts were not cleaned at all, I brought this up before leaving and they took it back and "cleaned" it again but they did not. we are not talking about small spots either, we are talking whole sections of the car like the majority of the front bumper. The service include clay *** supposedly but i sincerely doubt it was done because it doesn't look like it. It was waxed because there were cloudy patches of wax left all over but the wax they used must be awful because it did not feel or look waxed well. Many other issues with the detail included the worst part of all, my ********* was ruined on about 1/4 of my steering wheel. I brought all of this up to a second manager before leaving and was asked to fill out a form for repairs to be made to fix or repair my steering wheel. I have a multitude of photos and showed the manager many of the issues. I was assured I would be contacted within a few days with a resolution. It has been almost a month and no contact. Worst detail experience of my life.
