      Roof treated us very badly, we are 78 years old an have a nice ( at least to us it's nice) single bedroom manufactured home. We had some storm damage an called them to repair. The two workers were larger , ( very nice people) but did not walk on the seems cracking the ceiling very badly an damaged can be seen from the inside, Dr Roof waited till our insurance claim just about expired an did very quick an unprofessional job, not even finishing the quote we had to finish( refused to rehang our gutter) they called our house a tin box an we're verbally abusive to us when we pointed out the bad job they did an damage they caused, We told the owner we were going to put a bad review online an the owner went as far an said in a very threatening manner to us that " I would not do that if I were you!" Very threatening an treating us in what we believe is elder abuse, we feel taken for a bad ride an treated awful an threatened when we complained, we fear retaliation for this complaint

      We are very sorry to hear ************** feels this way and never in our 25 years of doing business have we verbally abused or threatened a customer over a situation like he stated. We gave ************** a discount after he came in and told us about the damage to his ceiling. He agreed that the discount of $500.00 was fair and equitable. We actually got him a substantial insurance claim for his roof, more than they were going to cover initially. We went to work for ************** (our customer) and made sure he got covered adequately from his insurance company. On a small note, there was no gutters included in the contract.Being an older park model trailer, all roof framing is minimal structurally and we took all precautions to not damage the ceiling, but as ************** stated himself, he has 4 x 4 posts holding up his bedroom ceiling from prior roof being installed In regards to our response time and knowing deadlines, we were able to achieve completing the contracted work. All materials were installed in a professional manner following industry standards. Every interaction with our company in the office, on the jobsite or over the phone, ************** was very aggressive and demeaning towards our staff. We hope the Emdee's will be able to enjoy their new roof and we certainly appreciated their business.We have no ill will, nor did we have any idea they were this upset. We encourage healthy conversation and no retaliation on anyone's part.
