      In August of 2022 my manufactured home was contracted to be moved to my now residence. I have the receipt saying it includes teardown, transport, set back up, tie downs, water, sewer. I paid $20k and well in advance. First they didn't want to set up the sewer and told me I'd have to dig the trench myself because they don't do that. so I did my best and after a bit of fight they set up the sewer but not in the way my park asked them to. Tons of things were damaged in the house: drywall, trim, tiles and all the doors in the house wouldn't close properly. They told me they don't fix inside doors and they would only do the outside ones but even after they 'fixed" the one outside door it still didn't work. The biggest issue however was that I was unable to get approved for my county inspection because the footings and blocking was inadequate. When I informed the company of this they told me the inspector must be new and they are wrong. They gave me a couple pages from a manual that was suppose to prove them putting it on wood was ok but the inspector said that wasn't ok. Also it didn't have an installer tag on it when set up. I asked about it from the company and they sent me the red tag but the inspector said "WANS tags are placed on the back corner of the home adjacent to the red tag installed by the State inspection agency.". This was my first time moving a home and buying a home so I had no idea of what was correct or what I should have expected from the company. Now it being many months later my house has gone over an inch out of level. I had it releveled and the company said it didn't have front and back blocking/footings which typically come on install. I do think it going out of level was do to the inadequate set up. plus all the repairs I had to do to the drywall and doors I think I'm owed at least the cost of a proper company to reset my blocking and footings to be able to pass inspection.
