    I have a fairly new Bosch refrigerator. The ice maker quit working. I looked up Appliance Pro ( Assist Technology, LLC ) and it looked alright plus they worked on Bosch appliances. On 03/22/2024 a service tech came out. He said I needed a new ice maker. He disconnected the water and removed the ice maker. He said because it was a Bosch it would take about two weeks for the parts to come in. He also said I needed to pay for the parts today as that was their policy. I was not happy with that and wish I did not do it. I put $850.92 on my credit card on 03/22/2024. It is now 05/20/2024 and I am still waiting. I have made several calls. At first it was the parts had not come in. Then it was one part came in but they were waiting for another part. Now they will not answer my calls at all. I am a seventy year old retiree and I really feel this company has taken advantage of me.

    We are very sorry to hear about this situation.  Our records do not show any tickets or emails to us and we would be more than willing to get to the bottom of this for you.  If you can please give us your phone number you used for our service and we will get right on this for you to get your Appliance fixed or whatever resolution is best for you.
