Pattern of Complaints
On April 19, 2022, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of consumer complaints filed against Liberty Fence LLC regarding service and customer service issues. Consumers allege that after requiring 50% of the project upfront as a deposit, Liberty Fence LLC either does not start the project in a timely manner, start at all, or complete the project after taking the initial payment. Consumers claim Liberty Fence LLC does not answer the phone or return calls, and that they are unable to leave a voice message because the mailbox is full. Consumers also allege Liberty Fence LLC is unresponsive to Facebook messages.
On April 19, 2022, BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
