  I would give 0 if possible. I spent thousands of dollars for a job that was not completed and the critters showed up again the night after they finished the work. I have tried all of the phone/email/contacts to have them back and there is no response.

  My experience with this business has all been positive over the years. When they abruptly closed in September we were left hanging and had to solicit other companies to finish to the project. All attempts to reach the company and former sales contacts have failed. BBB needs to update their business status and rating if they are no longer an ongoing business concern.

  The insulation was applied under my mobile home as promised- I did not get the follow-up service as promised & now after trying to reach them for a week about reinfestation have not returned any calls or come to my aid.

  Clean Crawls responded quickly to my request to assess a filthy crawl space under an apartment attached to my house. They gave me a very good price for the work which was then beautifully done the next day. I couldn't be happier with their work!

  I have had 3 different homes attic and crawlspace fully cleaned and insulated and 1 new construction over the last 19 years and have watched this company grow from the very beginning as an upcoming respectful business with the highest of integrity. The salesman not named stated I needed new access covers to include sealing out All gaps for additional cost of $700. It was clearly not done completely and an honest oversight of the installers that a gap was left open not sealed in. Emails and phone calls with push back from their warranty person referring to the contract I signed. Its mind boggling to have them sell you a product or service deemed necessary and then not stand behind it with a workmanship warranty. Every opportunity to rectify this with an easy solution have failed to yield a positive outcome. I have given multiple referrals to clean crawls over the years in addition to my own homes but sad that I will be doing all future business with an alternative company that stands behind their workmanship and not stand behind a contradicting disclosure statement in an attempt to divert blame back on me which is not good customer service. *****************************, **

  I had a great experience with Clean Crawls: quick turnaround, detailed and competitive pricing, and thorough, professional service from their crew. I particularly appreciated the pictures they took showing the specific steps along the way as proof of their work, not just a before and after view. I highly recommend them and appreciate the service!

  I thought Id pass on some kudos I received today we called in Critter Control today re: a squirrel nesting just above our *****. The service person that came to the house took a ***************** as a precaution. *************************** and her crew cleaned out and insulated our attic one year ago when we purchased our home in *******************. The *************** person told me several times that he had never seen such a good job. He specifically noted the cleanliness, the level of the insulation and the workmanship regarding the vent covers as excellent. I'm pleased to pass on this independent testimonial for Clean Crawls and add to it my own impressiveness with their workmanship and communication.

  We had a huge rodent mess that had destroyed our soft ductwork and prevented our heatpump from working correctly to heat our house. Clean Crawls sent a professional team to clean up the mess and later sent a team to re-insulate after the new ductwork had been installed. Very professional and efficient without any cost surprises.
